摘要： PURPOSE:To easily and efficiently separate an org. solvent in a gas by cooling the org. solvent-contg. gas to solidify the solvent, and separating the solidified solvent from the gas. CONSTITUTION:The gaseous org. solvent generated in a generator vessel 5 is introduced into a treating vessel 1 by a suction fan 9 from an inlet pipeline 8 along with air. Meanwhile, a liquefied refrigerant (e.g., liquefied carbon dioxide) in a refrigerant storage vessel 12 is injected and supplied into the treating vessel 1 from a refrigerant supply pipeline 13. As a result, the liquefied refrigerant is instantaneously depressurized and gasified to form the gaseous refrigerant at a temp. far lower than the solidifying point of the org. solvent, and the inside of the treating vessel 1 is cooled. Consequently, the gaseous org. solvent and steam in the treating vessel 1 are solidified, accumulated in a storage part 15, and appropriately introduced into a water separation vessel 17 from a discharge port 16. The solid is heated in the vessel 17 by a heater 18 to form water and a liq. org. solvent, and the mixture is separated into the water layer and the liq. org. solvent layer by gravity. Only the liq. org. solvent is drawn off from a solvent outlet pipe 19, and recovered. The air and gaseous refrigerant are discharged from the treating vessel 1 through an outlet pipeline 10.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently condense and separate org. solvent gas by directly bringing cooling gas into contact with gas containing an org. solvent to condense the org. solvent under cooling and separating the condensed org. solvent from the gas. CONSTITUTION:The org. solvent gas generated in a generation tank 5 is introduced into a treatment tank 1 along with air from introducing piping 8 by the suction fan 9 provided to lead-out piping 10 while the liquefied cooling medium in a cooling medium storage tank 12 is injected and supplied to the treatment tank 1 from cooling medium supply piping 13. Whereupon, the liquefied cooling medium is instantaneously reduced in its pressure to be gasified and becomes cooling medium gas having temp. markedly lower than the condensing temp. of the org. solvent to cool the air containing the gas of the org. solvent in the treatment tank 1 to temp. lower than the condensing temp. of the org. solvent. Therefore, the org. solvent gas and steam in the treatment tank 1 are condensed to respectively become the org. solvent liquid and water and stored in a storage part 15 to be appropriately led out to a moisture separator 17 from a discharge port 16.
