摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently condense and separate org. solvent gas by directly bringing cooling gas into contact with gas containing an org. solvent to condense the org. solvent under cooling and separating the condensed org. solvent from the gas. CONSTITUTION:The org. solvent gas generated in a generation tank 5 is introduced into a treatment tank 1 along with air from introducing piping 8 by the suction fan 9 provided to lead-out piping 10 while the liquefied cooling medium in a cooling medium storage tank 12 is injected and supplied to the treatment tank 1 from cooling medium supply piping 13. Whereupon, the liquefied cooling medium is instantaneously reduced in its pressure to be gasified and becomes cooling medium gas having temp. markedly lower than the condensing temp. of the org. solvent to cool the air containing the gas of the org. solvent in the treatment tank 1 to temp. lower than the condensing temp. of the org. solvent. Therefore, the org. solvent gas and steam in the treatment tank 1 are condensed to respectively become the org. solvent liquid and water and stored in a storage part 15 to be appropriately led out to a moisture separator 17 from a discharge port 16.

CONSTITUTION:The air contg. solvent gas dispersing from the solvent washing unit 1 is collected to introduce to a separating recovery unit 9, and quenched by liquefied carbon dioxide sent from a supply pipe 13 and the solvent is separated from the air as solids 20 contg, solvent. The solids 20 contg. solvent are melted by water, etc., and the solvent is separated from the water and recovered. Moreover, the solvent gas evaporated in the melting process of the solids contg. solvent is collected to return to the solvent washing unit 1 through return pipes 22, 22'. As a result, the recovery efficiency of solvent gas is improved and the air pollution is eliminated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To certainly treat a salt-containing washing liquid by rapidly and efficiently washing steel, by removing the solid salt adhered to salt bath heat- treated steel by washing the same by an ultrasonic wave while separating the washing liquid into a concn. liquid and a permeated liquid by membrane separation. CONSTITUTION:A steel material 1 which is heated in a heating furnace 2 and to which a solid salt is adhered through the salt bath heat treatment in a salt bath tank 3 is washed in a washing tank 11 provided with an ultrasonic vibrator 18 by an ultrasonic wave to remove the fixedly deposited salt by washing within an extremely short time without requiring heating. The washing liquid having the salt dissolved therein is subjected to solubilization stabilizing treatment in a pretreatment apparatus 27 through a raw water storage tank 25 and the treated liquid is further conditioned so as to be brought to a pH and a temp. suitable for membrane treatment by a pH regulator 29 and a temp. conditioner 30 while the conditioned liquid is supplied to a precise filter apparatus 31 to remove impurities such as a scale powder therein before passed through a membrane separation apparatus 35 due to a reverse osmosis method, an electrodialytic method or an ultrafiltration method. In this case, the permeated water obtained by separating the washing liquid recirculated to the washing tank 1 through a storage tank 37 to be re-used while the concn. liquid is treated in a concn. liquid drying apparatus 45 through a storage tank 41 to obtain a recovered salt 47.
