    • PURPOSE:To mold a piece easily with a high purity, by providing a heat- resistant layer on a surface of the mold, and removing the heat-resistant layer after molding. CONSTITUTION:A mold 2 comprising a heat-resistant base material is enclosed in a reactor 4, which is evacuated down to a predetermined pressure by a vacuum pump 5. Then, the mold 2 is heated by a heater 6 to a predetermined temperature, and a gas for forming a heat-resistant layer 3 is supplied from a gas supply port 7, thereby forming the heat-resistant layer 3 by a CVD method. A gas for forming an objective molded piece is then introduced into the reactor 4 to deposit a molded piece layer 8 on the heat-resistant layer 3 by a vacuum deposition method or a CVD method. The mold 2 is immersed in water 9 contained in a thermostat 10, and is filled with a wet-etching agent 11. The etching agent permeates the mold 2 to make contact with the heat- resistant layer 3, thereby etching away the layer 3. When the mold 2 is pulled up, therefore, the objective molded piece 8 can be easily obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the control of the concn. of reinforcing fibers and to produce a defectless molding with high efficiency by executing the adhesion of the outside peripheral face of an reinforcing fiber cylindrical mold and the reinforcing fibers and binder successively at the time of sucking the inside of mold and adhering the reinforcing fibers and the binder to the outside peripheral face thereof. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical mold 2 having air permeability is formed by using, for example, shell sand and the entire surface of the outside peripheral face thereof is coated with a thin film body F which has air permeability and is completely burned out at the collapse temp. of the mold 2. The aperture of the mold 2 is then hermetically sealed and the mold 2 is erected in a cylindrical tank 51 of a fiber layer forming device 41 contg. an aq. soln. L1 contg. the reinforcing fibers. The inside of the mold 2 is then sucked through the aperture 7 of a holder 32 to adhere the reinforcing fibers through the thin cloth F onto the outside peripheral face of the mold 2 to a prescribed thickness, thereby forming the fiber layer 1a. The mold 2 is then erected in a cylindrical tank 52 of a binder substituting device 42 contg. an aq. soln. L2 contg. an alumina sol. and the inside of the mold is similarly sucked, by which the water in the layer 1a is peplaced with the alumina sol. and the molding of the molding 1 is completed.
