摘要： PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency by placing the upper mold and the lower mold of a mold after being removed from the concrete on a moving line, and applying a mold lubricant to the inner peripheries of the molds after cleaning the inner peripheries and the coupling faces of both molds by means of high pressure cleaning water. CONSTITUTION:A mold after being removed from the concrete is placed on a supply side mold carrying device with the upper mold 2 and lower mold 3 separated from each other and is carried into a cleaner body 11 with the opening face of the upper mold 2 faced upward and the opening face of the lower mold 3 faced downward. In the next step, high pressure cleaning water is jetted from cleaning nozzles 31 and 34 in the cleaner body 11 to clean the coupling faces of the lower mold 3 and upper mold 2 respectively. In the next step, after the cleaning nozzle 31 is lowered and clean the inside peripheries of the lower mold 3 and upper mold 2 while passing in front of the nozzle with the jet of high pressure cleaning water, the inside peripheries of the molds are applied with mold lubricant by a mold lubricant applying nozzle 33. This constitution can improve labor saving and work efficiency.
