    • PURPOSE:To realize a cell preparing method capable of preparing a cellular product in large quantities and fitted to automation by forming a frame body for a cell by punching a plurality of holes forming a plurality of cell spaces from a three-layered adhesive sheet and laminating sheet like substrates to both surfaces of said frame body to heat-seal the same. CONSTITUTION:A frame body 1 for a cell is composed of a three-layered adhesive sheet constituted of a sheet like base layer 11 and the adhesive layers 12 integrally laminated to both surfaces of the base layers 11 and holes 13 becoming cell spaces are formed to the frame body 1 by punching. Two sheet like substrates 21, 21 are laminated to both surfaces of the frame body 1 for the cell in such a state that the holes 13 forming the cell spaces are held as they are. After, the sheet like substrate 21, the frame body 1 for the cell and the sheet like substrate 21 are laminated, they are heat-sealed. In heat sealing, the three-layered structure is heated to temp. melting the adhesive layers 12 of the frame body 1 for the cell from the outside of the respective sheet like substrates 21 by laminating rollers 22.

    • PURPOSE:To improve reliability of this cable under a humid atmosphere by using an aluminum tape and a vinyl chloride resin sheath material as protective coverings in a protective covering process, in which adhesive layers are interposed therebetween around a cable, and using a carboxylic acid denaturation polyester resin layer and an urethane layer as these adhesive layers. CONSTITUTION:When protective covering is performed by forming an aluminum tape 3 and a polyvinyl chloride resin sheath material 1 around a cable core 4, the following adhesive layers 2 are interposed between the tape 3 and the sheath material 1. Namely an urethane adhesive layer 6 is used on the sheath material 1's side of the tape 3, and a carboxylic acid denaturation polyester resin layer 5 is used outside this layer 6 and inside the sheath material 1. The urethane adhesive layer 6 and the carboxylic acid denaturation polyester layer 5 are thus adhered strongly to contact with each other on a superposed part 7 on the protective covered end regions, and so reliability of this laminated sheath cable is much improved.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance peeling resistance of a fluororesin film and an adhesive layer by performing corona discharge treatment for the fluororesin film to form an activated surface and vapor-depositing metal on this activated surface and interposing the adhesive layer between the surface with metal vapor-deposited thereon and the face to be bonded of a material to be bonded via the vapor-deposited metal and bonding the fluororesin film to the face to be bonded. CONSTITUTION:An activated surface 10 is formed by performing corona discharge treatment on the rear of a fluororesin film 1. Then this fluororesin film 1 with the activated surface 10 formed thereon is housed into a vacuum vessel and this vacuum vessel is regulated to high vacuum not higher than 10 Pa. A vapor-deposited metal part 2 is formed on the activated surface 10 of the fluororesin 1 by utilizing chromium as an evaporation source and vapor-depositing chromium on the activated surface 10. Then an adhesive layer 3 consisting of a heated and softened hot melt type adhesive is laminated at about 50mum thickness on the surface with metal vapor-deposited thereon of the fluororesin 1. Thereby even when the fluororesin-adhesive film 1 bonded to the face 40 to be bonded is utilized for a long period, the adhesive layer is unpeeled from the face 40 to be bonded.
