摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the levelness of an excavated tunnel by driving the inner and outer tubes of one of shield machines for boring, adding the aforesaid tubes for further advance after excavating the predetermined length of the tunnel, and measuring a relative position with the other shield machine using a position measurement means. CONSTITUTION:An outer tube stop valve 20 fitted to the bulkhead B1 of one of shield machines A1 is provided with an outer tube emergency stop valve 21 and an outer tube water stop device 22. Then, a leading tube 6 and an outer tube 10 are so provided as to be inserted through the outer tube water stop device 22, and an expansion/contraction bit 1, an end rod 2 and a master rod 4 are mounted on the shield machine A1. Then, a decompression device 19 and an end control circuit K are connected and water is fed under pressure, thereby adjusting discharge water pressure. Then, the hydraulic cylinder of a boring machine 41 is actuated, and the master rod 4, inner tube rod 3 and end rod 2 are made to advance via a movable base C2. According to the aforesaid construction, a horizontal tunnel can be excavated with high accuracy.

摘要： PURPOSE:To measure the relative positions of both shield machines by boring the ground from one shield machine and installing a sensor at the tip and detecting the positions of plural transmitting coils fitted to the other shield machine. CONSTITUTION:A boring pipe 20 is made to penetrate the bulk head 7 of the shield machine A and the tip position of the pipe 20 is measured by a mirror 21 for position detection and an optical survey machine 22 which are fitted to the tip part of the pipe 20. Then a search coil 23 is fitted as a sensor to the tip part of the pipe 20, an angle detector 24 is fitted to the rotary shaft 2a of the rotary joint 2 of the shield machine B, and the transmitting coils 41 - 43 are fitted on the front surface of a cutter disk 3. Then the shield machine B is put in digging operation, currents which differ in frequency respectively are supplied to the coils 41 - 43, and an electromotive force generated at the coil 23 is measured to detect the distance between the coil 23 and the front surface of the cutter disk 3 on a display screen.

CONSTITUTION:Gable forms 3 are connected to the rear end of a propulsion jack 2 of a shield excavator A through a regulating jack 10. The jack 10 is retracted toward the acing (a) side, and after joint bars 9 and iron bars 12 are arranged, inner forms 5 are framed. After the jacks 2 and 10 are expanded to press a spreader 11, mounted to forms 3, against the forms 5 for securing, concrete 1 is placed. The jack 2 is expanded as the jack 10 is slackened, and the concrete 1 is pressurized by the forms 3. After the jack 10 is secured, the jack 2 is expanded to effect excavation, and a back-filling material 3 is injected. This constitution simplifies a mechanism and improved operability.

Concrete A is placed into the forms 10, the pin 16 is form-removed after concrete A is cured, and the forms 10 are removed and a bolt 7 is housed into a bolthole 5 and a bolt box 6. Segments 1 and 1A are joined, and both segments 1 and, 1A are connected by the bolt 7 and nuts 8, 8. Accordingly, the pin 16 is form-removed easily, and assembly can be simplified.

Further, a pressing force of a wire brush 8 is increased to increase water cut-off capability and prevent the advance of a back-filling pouring material into a rear surface of the brush 8 so as to improve the durability of the brush 8. As a result, it is possible to improve the water cut-off capability easily.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance mixing efficiency by inserting one end of a needle into a setting material-injection nozzle provided on a pipe wall of a pipe line for a chief material and providing a spring receiver for a spring for urging the needle to the closing direction thereof at the other end and connecting a setting material supply pipe line at the needle side position of a cylindrical member on which the spring receiver slides. SOLUTION: One end of a needle 15 is inserted in the nozzle hole 3a of a nozzle 3 and a spring 17 urging a needle 15 to the nozzle direction is fitted to the other end and further, a spring receiver 8 is fixed with a rod 9. When a setting material is supplied in a pipe line 30 connected to the needle 15 side position of the spring receiver 8, the spring receiver 8 is raised by the setting material pressure and the needle 15 is also raised to open the nozzle hole 3a and supply the setting material to a main material. When the supply of the setting material is stopped, the pressure acting on the spring receiver 8 decreases and the spring receiver 8 lowers due to the spring. The needle 15 closes the nozzle hole 3a to securely cut off the main material and the setting material. The mixing efficiency can be enhanced by adjusting the setting material pressure by the spring in advance in accordance with the characteristics of the main material.
