    • PURPOSE:To simplify a lining mechanism by additionally functioning a propulsion jack for excavation as a device for pressurizing placed concrete when a shield hole is formed as a lining is applied at the rear part of an excavator by means of cast-in-place concrete. CONSTITUTION:Gable forms 3 are connected to the rear end of a propulsion jack 2 of a shield excavator A through a regulating jack 10. The jack 10 is retracted toward the acing (a) side, and after joint bars 9 and iron bars 12 are arranged, inner forms 5 are framed. After the jacks 2 and 10 are expanded to press a spreader 11, mounted to forms 3, against the forms 5 for securing, concrete 1 is placed. The jack 2 is expanded as the jack 10 is slackened, and the concrete 1 is pressurized by the forms 3. After the jack 10 is secured, the jack 2 is expanded to effect excavation, and a back-filling material 3 is injected. This constitution simplifies a mechanism and improved operability.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut off water of a shield machine even if there is an angle part in a corner angle part by providing a tail seal on a tail skin plate of the shield machine and providing a protection plate capable of curving the tail seal outward to bring a seal face into contact with it in the corner part. SOLUTION: Water is cut off by tail seals 3, 4 covered with a protection plate 7 shaping a segment 1 by a spring steel plate, and water is cut off by covering the seals 3, 4 with a protection plate 9 on which resin fibers are attached in a corner part 1c. At this time, a clearance in the vicinity of mounting parts of both seals 3, 4 is filled by a filling member formed by rubber. Water can be cut off even when a corner part of the segment 1 is formed into the corner part 1c formed from an acute angle to a right angle. Consequently, it is unnecessary to form the corner part into R shape to improve the productivity of the segment 1. Further, a pressing force of a wire brush 8 is increased to increase water cut-off capability and prevent the advance of a back-filling pouring material into a rear surface of the brush 8 so as to improve the durability of the brush 8. As a result, it is possible to improve the water cut-off capability easily.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance mixing efficiency by inserting one end of a needle into a setting material-injection nozzle provided on a pipe wall of a pipe line for a chief material and providing a spring receiver for a spring for urging the needle to the closing direction thereof at the other end and connecting a setting material supply pipe line at the needle side position of a cylindrical member on which the spring receiver slides. SOLUTION: One end of a needle 15 is inserted in the nozzle hole 3a of a nozzle 3 and a spring 17 urging a needle 15 to the nozzle direction is fitted to the other end and further, a spring receiver 8 is fixed with a rod 9. When a setting material is supplied in a pipe line 30 connected to the needle 15 side position of the spring receiver 8, the spring receiver 8 is raised by the setting material pressure and the needle 15 is also raised to open the nozzle hole 3a and supply the setting material to a main material. When the supply of the setting material is stopped, the pressure acting on the spring receiver 8 decreases and the spring receiver 8 lowers due to the spring. The needle 15 closes the nozzle hole 3a to securely cut off the main material and the setting material. The mixing efficiency can be enhanced by adjusting the setting material pressure by the spring in advance in accordance with the characteristics of the main material.
