    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze the failure of the power source circuit part by storing the fluctuation history of voltage data before the power source circuit part is put into an abnormal state, when the power source circuit part is put into the abnormal state. After the driving of this system stops, the binary data for analyzing the factor of abnormality are read from the non-volatile memory 23, and the cause of abnormality of the DC/DC converter whose output voltage shows abnormality is analyzed.
