摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe-lining material in simple constitution and having high light blocking property. SOLUTION: The pipe-lining material 1 is constituted by thermally welding the outer surface of the tubular resin absorbing material 10 impregnated with a photocurable resin or a photocurable resin and a thermocurable resin with a light blocking film 12. In such the constitution, the light blocking film is not displaced relative to the tubular resin absorbing material and prevents the photocurable resin impregnated into the tubular resin absorbing material 1 from being cured by being carelessly exposed to external light, because the whole outer surface of the tubular resin absorbing material is coated with the thermally welded light blocking film. Further, the light blocking film can be easily obtained by adding a light blocking pigment to the plastic film in the process for manufacturing a plastic film with high airtightness such as a polyethylene therefore the pipe-lining material with a high light blocking property can be manufactured using a covering step by a plastic film used before as it is. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing material filling device which easily pre-shapes by using a molding flap, and prevents the seeping in of materials in the external environment into the tube, even if the pressure of a liquefied food is lowered by fluctuations in the liquefied food pressure. SOLUTION: The packing material filling device has a pressure flange 36 and a positive pressure holding means. The pressure flange 36 is provided below the liquid level 37 in a tubular packing material 1 and on the outer circumference of a filling pipe 7. The pressure flange suppresses free upward flow of the liquefied food filled in the tube, and sets the pressure of the liquefied food in the tube, below the pressure flange 36 to a positive pressure. The positive pressure holding means lessens the fluctuations in the pressure of the liquefied food in the tube above the pressure flange 36, prevents the lowering of the liquefied food pressure to a negative pressure, and maintains the liquefied food pressure above the pressure flange 36 at the positive pressure. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging-filling apparatus wherein the appearance surface and the vertical sealed part of a packaging container are not damaged by a molding apparatus or a lateral sealing apparatus operated at a high speed, the change or the vibration of a liquid surface level is less even at the time of a molding/lateral sealing in which the container is firmly pressed from both sides at a high speed, the liquid surface control is easy, and those functions effectively work during operation. SOLUTION: The packaging-filling apparatus manufactures the packaging container by molding a web-like packaging material 1 into a tubular shape, and filling a liquid food to a predetermined liquid surface level, then, forming a lateral seal by pinching by a sealing jaw and a counter jaw at a high speed under the liquid surface. The packaging-filling apparatus includes a pressure cushioning pressure flange 20 which is installed under the liquid surface and above the lateral sealing position, and is equipped with an aseptic gas cavity area 28 which cushions the movement of the liquid food. Also, the packaging-filling apparatus is equipped with a diagnostic means 50 which detects a propagated vibration by the pinching with the sealing jaw and the counter jaw, and diagnoses the residual amount of the aseptic gas from the vibration.
