摘要： PURPOSE:To stably maintain high heat sink and hermetical seal by bonding the first ceramic substrate as a circuit board substrate and the second ceramic substrate having thermal conductivity larger than the first substrate and smaller thermal expansion coefficient than the first substrate through a metal layer of aluminum or copper. CONSTITUTION:The first ceramic substrate 11 which is formed of sintered aluminum as a preform and the second ceramic substrate 10 made of sintered silicon carbide are connected through a metal layer 12 made of rectangular closed looplike aluminum foil. The substrate 11 has a step 112 formed with a wire bonding metal pad at the upper edge of a hollow hole 111, and 2-layer electric wirings from the pad of the step 112 to a metal pin 14. The substrate 10 has a metallized layer 101 for die bonding a semiconductor substrate.

CONSTITUTION:The optical disk device 1 has a laser source system 10 generating laser beam having more than two wavelengths. A disk 40 supported by a disk supporting system 50 is irradiated through a beam splitter 20 to record, erase or read recorded contents on a disk, and a detector 30 reproduces a signal. In this case the recording medium has at least two types of crystal structures in the solid state, holds the crystal structure inherent to one temperature area in the other one, and/or composed of the metal or alloy causing different volume changes. Then the wavelength of the optical beam is selected at the time of irradiating the erasure optical beam so that the optical reflectance from said metal or alloy can be larger.

摘要： PURPOSE:To record and reproduce stably a signal in a high frequency band by setting the state which a recording thin film attains under high temperature heating and quenching conditions as that where a signal is recorded and using the state attained under low temperature heating and slow cooling conditions as that where a signal is erased. CONSTITUTION:A recording medium 3 has at least two types of crystal structures in the solid state, holds the crystal structure inherent to one temperature area in the other temperature area, and/or composed of metal or alloy causing different volume changes in the crystal state. An incident beam a1 makes incident on the optical axis of a lens 10 in parallel, for instance, and a circular fine optical spot L1 is generated on the recording medium 3. On the other hand, an incident beam a2 makes incident on the medium with an angle theta against the optical axis of the stop lens 10, and an ellipsoidal fine optical spot L2 is generated along a groove on the recording medium 3. When the optical spot L1 is irradiated as a cyclic optical pulse in a short period on the optical recording medium, the heat of the medium is quickly propagated in its vicinity and cooled the moment the optical pulse disappears partially after temperature rising. When the optical spot L2 is irradiated as a continued time light beam, the recording medium is cooled far slowly after it is heated at a temperature theta2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the stress corrosion cracking from occurring at the welded joint part in a corrosive environment, by welding the austenitic stainless steel pipe while cooling the inner surface of the pipe after the root pass and performing the deformation working for the neighborhood of the heat-affected zone at the outer surface of the pipe, at the butt welding of the above stainless steel pipe. CONSTITUTION:The root pass is carried out with the butt welding for the austenitic stainless steel pipe such as SUS304, etc. and, at the welding after the 4th pass, the welding is carried out while cooling by passing the water of higher temperature than the normal temperature at first and then the water of gradually lowering temperature through the inside of the steel pipe. After the completion of welding, the deformation working is carried out be shot peening, etc. for the neighborhood of the weld heat-affected zone. Owing to this operation, the residual compressive stress occurs in the circumferential direction at the neighborhood of the heat-affected zone of the inner surface of the steel pipe and generates the tensile stress or compressive stress at the outer surface of the steel pipe, the absolute value of the compressive stress at the inner surface becomes larger than the tensile stress or compressive stress at the outer surface and the stress corrosion cracking is prevented from occurring at the welded joint in the corrosive environment.
