    • PURPOSE:To increase the amount of effective data to be stored in an information card by providing an error control means which performs the detection and correction of an error in storage data read from a memory in a card, and a means which performs the rewrite of error-corrected data on the memory. CONSTITUTION:An information card controller 2 is interposed between the host system of the information card 1, and a scramble processing means 22 applies scramble on data written on the memory 11 in the information card 1, and also, applies reverse scramble on the data read from the memory 11. A rewrite means 25 performs the rewrite of the error-corrected data on the memory 11 by an error control means 23. The error-corrected data to be rewritten, after being accumulated once in a data buffer 24, is written on the memory 11, then, the storage data in the memory 11 is updated. In such a way, it is possible to hold the data to be stored in the memory 11 in the information card 1 without increasing redundancy to a high level, and to increase the amount of effective data.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption in a constant current circuit, by providing a CMOS inverter which generates and cuts constant voltage output corresponding to a control signal and a MOSFET switching element which actuates the constant voltage output as bias voltages and forms the constant current circuit. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 1 is constituted of a CMOS inverter A and a MOSFETM3 that is a switching element. When the control signal I supplied to a terminal T1 is set at a low level, a P-channel MOSFETM1 is turned on, and an output load capacitor CL is charged. The bias voltage VB appears at a terminal T2, and the M3 passes a constant current I0 between the drain and the source, and at this time, no current flows on the gate G. Meanwhile, when the control signal is set at a high level, the M1 is turned off, and the M2 is turned on, and the output load capacitor CL is discharged, then, inverter output at the terminal T2 goes to a GND level, and the M3 is turned off, then, a current path between the drain and the source is cut off, consequently, the constant current I0 is also cut off. In such a way, it is possible low power consumption and the constant current.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce steady power consumption by using 1st and 2nd kinds of amplifying elements which have mutually complementary operation characteristics like a p channel MOS transistor(TR) and an n channel MOS TR, and constituting two amplifying couples by connecting those two kinds of amplifying element in series. CONSTITUTION:Transistors p1 and p2 constitute a 1st current mirror and n1 and n2 constitute a 2nd current mirror. Then p3 and n3 are connected in series to form the 1st amplifying element couple. This differential output is led out through the output stage consisting of a couple of CMOS TRs p5 and n5 for output connected in push-pull relation. Consequently, currents which flow to the individual amplifying element couples (p3-n3) and (p4-n4) steadily are reduced to almost the same level of a CMOS type amplifier circuit.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress sputtering and to prevent intrusion of sputtering into a compressor, by seal welding a tubular member of a fully enclosed compressor and upper/lower cover members by means of a non-consumable electrode. CONSTITUTION:A torch 14 incorporating a non-consumable electrode comprising such as a plasma power source and a compressor are arranged at proper relative positions then seal welding is carried out with proper welding features. An endface 11a of a case 11 is fused by an arc 15 produced from the torch 14, then the arc 15 moves to a chamber 12 side while forming a bead 16 so as to fuse a portion of the bead 16 and a portion of the chamber 12 thus bringing out a condition where they are welded together. In such welding process, sputter does not occur. Since the sputter does not intrude into the compressor through a gap between the case and the chamber caused by the accuracy of the case and the welding heat, causes of malfunction in conventional welding such as biting, locking, abrasion due to breaking of oil film, etc. can be eliminated completely.
