摘要： PURPOSE:To center poles simply by forming a projection displaying the position of a magnetic pole at the end of a pole anisotropic permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:A magnet having the orientation of a crystal orientation 4 has a feature having excellent magnetic characteristics in a process in which a pole anisotropic permanent magnet 1 is manufactured. Consequently, the center of magnetizing flux and the center of a pole must be aligned on magnetization in order to display the characteristics. Since the orientation of the pole anisotropic permanent magnet 1 cannot be discriminated from appearance, a projection 3 is conformed previously to the center of the pole, thus easily allowing magnetization. The same effect is acquired even when the center of the pole of the pole anisotropic permanent magnet is conformed to a recessed section 2.

At this time, parts of the collars 4, 5 deformed by the punch are intruded to the side of the cutout 7b of the magnet 7, intruded portions 4a are formed at the collars 4, 5 to restrict the movement of the magnet 7 in the rotating direction.

Two recesses 6 which are ended at the insides of the outer periphery of the magnet 4 are so formed as to be axially symmetrically, and so die cast as to intrude the die casting material into the recesses 6. Thus, it can prevent the magnet 4 from dropping to prevent the magnet 4 from slipping.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a permanent magnet from being scattered when the magnet is cracked by forming a protection tube to have a length equal to or longer than the length of the magnet, and filling an aluminum die cast material in the tube. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet type rotor is composed of a polarity anisotropic cylindrical permanent magnet 1, a surface protection member 2, a sleeve 3, a die cast material 4 and a rotational shaft 5. The member 2 has an extension 2b which is to be longer than the length of the magnet. When the rotor is formed, the member 2 is thermally expanded to be engaged with the magnet 1 integrally, and set in an aluminum die casting mold. Then, the sleeve 3 is concentrically set in the bore of the magnet 1, and the material 4 is filled therein. Thus, the magnet 1 and the sleeve 3 are clamped by the member 4 to form the permanent magnet type rotor.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent slips or clattering between a metal cylinder and a die casting and to transmit rotational torque to a rotary shaft securely, by a method wherein knurling is provided on a contact surface of the metal cylinder with the die casting. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical permanent magnet 3 to constitute a rotor is covered on its outer circumference by a non-magnetic cylinder 4, and fixed to a metal cylinder 1 by a die casting 2. A rotary shaft 5 is fixed to the metal cylinder 1 by means of force fit or shrinkage fit, and rotational torque generated in the cylindrical permanent magnet 3 is transmitted through the die casting 2 and the metal cylinder 1 to the rotary shaft 5. In this case, knurling 6 is provided on an outer circumference of the metal cylinder 1, and since contact area with the die casting 2 is increased, sticking of the die casting 2 becomes strong and slip or clattering is not produced between the metal cylinder 1 and the die casting 2 thereby the rotational torque can be securely transmitted to the rotary shaft 5.

The shaft 4 is taken away, a spirally wound spiral core blank 5 is inserted to a mandrel 7 on a caradle 6 to be afterward removed, notches 8 for fixing and refrigerant paths 9 are punched at the predetermined positions of the outer circumference of the blank 5, and the tooth sections 2 are laminated and shaped so as to align in the direc tion of laminating.
