摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the moving device of a mirror, a printing head or the like which is constituted so that image blurring is not caused by controlling the driving characteristic of a driving member so that a frequency component by the acceleration of the driving member does not exist near the inherent resonance frequency of the moving mechanism. SOLUTION: This controller is constituted of the moving mechanism 101, a stepping motor 102 driving an original reader, a motor driver 103, a system control circuit 104 controlling the driving of the motor 102 and controlling a whole system and a ROM 105 recording the driving pattern information of the motor 102. Then, a driving pattern is set by evading the inherent resonance frequency of the moving mechanism 101. When an operation command is inputted from an operation part 106, the driver 103 is controlled by the control part 104 based on the driving pattern information read in the control circuit 104 from the ROM 105. Then, the rising characteristic of the motor 102 is controlled so as to obtain the driving pattern drawing a prescribed set angular velocity chart.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a dangerous action of a valve by applying the first lower voltage and the second higher voltage to an actuator to realize a two-stage boosting system. SOLUTION: When the fuel is pressurized, an armature 56 is driven by applying the relatively low voltage, e.g. the battery voltage to a coil 54. As a result, a drain valve member 45 is engaged with a seat and driven, but a control valve member 36 is not engaged with the seat. When the injection is started, higher voltage, e.g. the voltage of 50 V is applied to the coil 54. The armature 56 is further driven, and during the drive, the drain valve member 46 is engaged with the seat, the armature 56 is driven against the action of a spring 40, and the control valve member 36 is engaged with the seat and driven. To complete the injection, the coil 54 is demagnetized in a range enough to lift the control member 36 from the seat. After the completion of the injection, the coil 54 is completely demagnetized, and the drain valve member 46 is lifted from the seat.

SOLUTION: Notch filters having a fixed phase delay in a control band frequency and having different central frequencies in the vicinity of the frequency that mechanical resonance desired to be suppressed exists are obtained beforehand by calculation to be stored in a memory 23. A CPU 21 selects two notch filters from the memory 23 and sets these coefficients successively in the notch filters in a servo processor 9. A drive CPU 13 injects a sine wave into the servo processor 9 at every frequency of a prescribed interval to transmit a position error signal to the CPU 21. Thus, the CPU 21 calculates the frequency characteristics of control loops containing the notch filters to set the optimum notch filter.
