    • PURPOSE:To improve working accuracy and to increase working efficiency by arranging a main shaft base table moved in a 1st horizontal direction parallel to the axial line of a work and in a 2nd horizontal direction orthogonal therewith and a turret head revolved centering around the shaft parallel to the 2nd horizontal direction and fitted with plural grindstones. CONSTITUTION:Multistage grinding is performed by changing grindstone 27-29 by revolving a turret head 22. In this case, the revolving center shaft of the turret head 22 is orthogonal with the axial line of the work W held on the main shaft base 6 of the main shaft base table 3 above, so the revolving direction of the turret head 22 becomes in the tangent direction of the work W and the positional dispersement by the revolving of the turret head 22 is generated in the revolving direction. So that, the positional dispersement of the turret head 22 becomes in the tangent direction of the work W and the positional dispersion of the turret head 22 in the radial direction of the work W giving effect on the work working accuracy is reduced. Consequently, the working accuracy can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To alleviate the fatigue of an operator and as well to aim at enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of working, by providing an actuator for reciprocatingly rotating a pair of long shafts provided at their tip ends with working tools in the direction in which they moves to and away from each other, and as well by providing an operation handle to the long shafts. CONSTITUTION:In order to carry out a derusting process, the operator opens a shut-off valve 11 while holding an operation handle 1 to operate rotary tools 4 so that rotary working parts 4a are driven, and makes them touch on a surface to be ground. Then a shut-off control valve 12 is opened to acruate a cylinder device 7 for reciprocatingly rotating long shafts 3. Accordingly, the rotary working parts 4a performing sector-like motion while moving to and from each other, carry out the derusting process in a wide area without the long shafts 3 being swung to left and right in lage degrees. During this process reaction forces produced upon high rotational speed operation of the working parts 4a are cancelled out with each other since the long shafts are in pair, and therefore, the fatigue of the operator may be alleviated. Further, the long shafts 3 may be held with an optional angle therebetween, and therefore, two fillet weld beads opposed to each other may be derusted at one time by making the distance between both rotary tools 4 coincident with that between the fillet beads.
