摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the formation of scales in annealing and pickling equipment for stainless, to reduce the length of the pickling equipment and to reduce running cost or the like. CONSTITUTION:As for the method for annealing an austenitic stainless steel sheet, it is heated from the temp. range of 200 to 400 deg.C to that of 800 to 900 deg.C by a convection heating system at 500 to 200 deg.C/s temp. raising rate. Furthermore, as for the method for annealing a ferritic stainless steel sheet, it is heated from the temp. range of 100 to 300 deg.C to that of 550 to 650 deg.C by a convection heating system at 50 to 200 deg.C/s temp. raising rate.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the length of a heating furnace, to lower the furnace height of a vertical furnace and to reduce construction cost and operating cost by heating a steel sheet by a direct fire system in a vertical furnace to raise its temp., thereafter holding the above temp. by a radiative heating furnace and cooling the steel sheet in a horizontal position. CONSTITUTION:A stainless steel sheet 1 is preheated at the inlet of a vertical furnace to anneal in the atmosphere of a combustion gas. Next, the stainless steel sheet 1 is charged to a heating furnace 3 provided at a position moving vertically, where it is heated by a direct fire by plural impinging burners 4 placed side by side to rise its temp. to a one required for annealing. Next, the stainless steel sheet 1 is charged to a heating furnace 5, where it is heated by plural cup-type burners 6, and its temp. is held. Then, the direction of the stainless steel sheet 1 is changed horizontally and is cooled in a cooling zone 8.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the burning of a spark plug by connecting a branch pipe to a premixing flow path formed to the upper section of a combustion chamber and installing the plug igniting the premixed gas of fuel and a combustion support gas into the premixing flow path. CONSTITUTION:A spark plug 8 is mounted into a premixing flow path 22 shaped to the solid section of a cylindrical member 21. Branch pipes 24, 25 set up branched from a fuel piping 5 and a combustion support gas piping 7 are bonded with the premixing flow path 22. When a pit-bottom vapor generator is started, each one part of fuel and a combustion support gas is branched through the branch pipes 24, 25 branched from the fuel piping 5 and the combustion support gas piping 7. Branched fuel and combustion support gas are introduced into the flow path 22 and changed into a premixed gas, the premixed gas is ignited by the spark plug 8 fitted into the flow path 22, and a pilot flame 29 is formed. Accordingly, the mixture of main fuel ejected from a fuel nozzle 4 and the combustion support gas ejected from a swirler 6 is ignited by the pilot flame 29 shaped, thus forming a main burner flame 12.

CONSTITUTION:As with the synthetic reaction of methanol which uses a pressurized mixed gas of hydrogen and carbon monoxide, the constitution is set up in such a means that the upper end 17 of the packed layer of the catalyst 7 present in the reaction tube 6 in a state generating the exothermic reaction is placed at the lowerer position that the level of the water surface 15 decided by the position of the gas-water outlet nozzle 12. Thereby, the contact reaction does not take place because gas 3 only exists in the reaction tube 6 within the region of a vapor phase 14 above the water surface 15. For this reason, the wall temp. does not rise to more than the saturation temp. so that the concentration of the dissolved salts in water caused by the contact of the tube wall and the resultant corrosion of the metal tubes can be prevented perfectly.
