SOLUTION: This drum structure of the heating system freely rotates the drum around the axis of the drum, tiltably supports an opening part of the drum in the vertical direction, and can heat the heating object in the drum by arranging a heating means in the opening part of the drum. The drum structure is constituted so as to arrange the cross-sectional substantially tapered projection part of projecting the substantial center of the bottom surface part of the drum inward to the drum. The drum structure is constituted so that the agitating blade composed of a plate bent in a planar substantially gentle angle shape, is fixed inside the drum; an internal angle of the bending part is set outward; clearance is arranged in a space with an inner wall surface of a peripheral wall of the drum; and when slantingly rotating the drum, the agitating blade scoops up the heating object in the drum from the clearance, so as to flow down.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary kiln charge type melt furnace having a structure such that thermal efficiency is increased, molten slug is caused to stably flow out, the occurrence of breakage of a rotary kiln part is extremely decreased, and the generation of fly ash is decreased. SOLUTION: Waste charged from a refuse hopper is quantitatively supplied through a screw type charge opening and as a rotary kiln is rotated, heat in a melting furnace is utilized to effect drying and incineration. The waste is dropped on the molting part in a fixed type melting furnace. The dropped waste is heated by a heavy oil burner and molten and dropped in a drop tank to produce granulated slug. Further, a flue is situated at the lower part of the melting furnace, whereby fly ash and toxic gas generated in the rotary kiln collide with a melting floor and surrounded by molten slug and discharge of fly ash or a heavy metal is extremely decreased. Further, by displacing the positions of the rotary kiln and the melting furnace burner, breakage of the rotary kiln is extremely decreased.
