摘要： PURPOSE:To enable sepn. of ores for which high selection accuracy is needed and to obviate generation of imbalance in ore distribution by connecting plural pieces of net bodies by soft couplers to form a movable net and generating oscillation patterns by adjusting the oscillation periods and amplitude of the net bodies. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of the divided net bodies 3A, 3B are coupled to each other by the soft couplers 4, such as rubber plates, having a network structure to form the movable net 3. This movable net is fitted in a freely oscillating state into a water tank 2. The movable net 3 is oscillated by upper and lower driving devices 6A, 6B fixed to a basic structure 7. A controller sends the signals for oscillation control of the upper and lower driving devices 6A, 6B and sends the signals to discharge devices 9A, 9B from the information on the treating amt., sp. gr. distribution, grain size distribution, etc., of raw ore 20 to be supplied, thereby adjusting the oscillation of the net bodies 3A, 3B and adjusting the discharge rate of hard 23, No. 2 coal 22. Then, the imbalance in the ore distribution on the movable net is eliminated and the sepn. of the ore with good accuracy is made possible.

CONSTITUTION:Heavy oil ash discharged from a heavy oil burning boiler is mixed with coal ash discharged from a coal burning boiler. Since the heavy oil ash contains unburned carbon and combustibility is excellent with a low bulk specific gravity, the unburned carbon content is a required carbon content (>=4wt.%) and the self-combustion of the granulated mixture is carried out in sintering thereof to perform sufficient sintering.

CONSTITUTION:Water, coal ash and a binder in separate hoppers 1-3 are fed into a kneader 4, kneaded and fed into a pan type granulator 5, where the kneaded material is granulated and coated with powder of MgO and/or ZrO2. The resulting coated green pellets are housed once in a hopper 6 and dropped on a grate 7' covered with grate protecting bed pellets fed from a hopper 6'. The dropped pellets are introduced into a sintering furnace 7 isolated from the air, an igniting device 10 is ignited and the pellets are sintered under suction by a blower 9 through suction boxes 8. The sintered pellets are sent to a product recovering hopper 13 through a belt conveyor 12.
