In this folded state, a surface elastic body 4 is stretched with corresponding hook parts 41, 41 of the surface elastic body 4 hooked on the latch parts 32, 32 disposed on opposite positions of the sheet frame 3. Thus, the surface elastic body 4 can be easily assembled to the sheet frame 3 with moderate tension and with uniform fixed tension.
