    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic woven or knitted fabric which is woven or knitted using an elastic yarn having a fineness of 300 dtex or more and 3000 dtex or less and whose reduction of fastness to rubbing is suppressed after heat aging of the elastic fabric used while being stretched between gripping frames facing each other.SOLUTION: An elastic fabric 12 is woven or knitted using a polyether-ester polymer-based dope-dyed core-sheath composite elastic yarn having a single fiber fineness of 300 dtex or more and 3000 dtex or less, which includes a high-melting point colored polyether-ester polymer blended with a pigment as a core component, and a thermally fusible polymer having a pigment blended ratio less than the pigment blended ratio of the core component and having a melting point lower than the melting point of the core component as a sheath component, and in which the area ratio of the sheath component to the cross-sectional area of the yarn is less than 20%, and the coating thickness of the sheath component is 5 μm or more.
