The recessed part 2C is formed so that a part of the seat back 2 is made to pass through in a thickness direction and a net material 2D comprising a three-dimensional knit of a three-dimensional structure capable of elastically supporting the load of a seated person is stretched to be installed on the surface (backrest surface) of the front side.

SOLUTION: The device includes a net installation structure 16 including an engagement member 22 provided on a circumferential edge of the net 20, and a groove part 32 on a seat frame 30, in such a way that the engagement member 22 is insertable to the groove part 32 to install the net 20 to the seat frame 30 with tension. In the net installation structure 16, the engagement member 22 is turned using an opening edge part 36 of the groove part 32 to be inserted into the groove part 32. As the net 20 is installed, rotating force acts on the engagement member 22 to rotate in the groove part 32 due to the tension T of the net 20. However, the groove part 32 is shaped to interfere with the rotation trajectory of the engagement member 22 by the rotating force, thereby rotation of the engagement member 22 by the rotation force is not permitted.
