    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier circuit by which power is saved without deteriorating other performance such as SNR deterioration, and a sample-and-hold circuit using the same.
      SOLUTION: The differential amplifier circuit is equipped with: first and second transistors having first gates, second gates, sources and drains, in which the respective first and the second gates are independently controlled, differential input is supplied between both of the first gates, both of the sources are commonly connected to first reference potential; first and second load circuits connected to each of the drain sides of the first and second transistors; a detection circuit which detects common-mode voltage between both of the drain sides of each of the first and second transistors; and a comparator/amplifier circuit which compares the common-mode voltage with second reference potential, amplifies the common-mode voltage and supplies an output signals commonly to both of the second gates of the first and second transistors.
