    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller improved in controllability. SOLUTION: The controller 40 executes a process for computing a main torque command value, a process for outputting a final command torque value based on an oscillation-reducing torque command value which reduces torque variation occurring in operating a rotating electric machine with the main torque command value and on the main torque command value, and a process for computing the oscillation-reducing torque command value. The process for computing the oscillation-reducing torque command value includes a process for computing an original command value as the original of the oscillation-reducing torque command value, a process for executing a guard process for putting a restriction relative to the original command value using an oscillation-reducing guard value, and a process for smoothing angle sections discontinuous in change rate which occur in the torque command value after the guard process.
