    • PURPOSE:To vertically carry a great amount of carried articles of earth and sand and the like generated at the time of forming an underground space continuously and effectively by connecting a number of sector-shape carrying plates to form a conveyor, and rotating and lifting the same along spiral rollers by a rotation drive shaft inside the outer tube. CONSTITUTION:A carrying plate 7 is connected to neighboring other carrying plates 7 at both side circular arc ends of a sector, and circulation movement thereof is conducted inside the outer tube 1 by means of a rotation drive device 3 and a carrying plate drive device 11. The carrying plate 7 is drawn onto a screw 5 in a horizontal condition by plural guide rollers 12, 14 and a guide 15, and formed into a spiral belt shape in order, in the lowermost part of the outer tube 1. The carrying plate 7 is made to slide on a roller 6 of the screw 5 while to mesh with a spline 13 of a rotation drive shaft 2 to be lifted. Meanwhile, earth and sand and the like to be carried is supplied onto the carrying plate 7 from a supplying device 8, and vertically carried upward. The carrying plate 7 is turned over along a turning over device 10 in the upper part of the outer tube 1, and the earth and sand are dropped onto a discharge device 9.

Then, the first electromagnetic change-over valve 31-the fourth electromagnetic change- over valve 40 are turned ON/OFF, and the clutch cylinder 47 of a change-over valve 21 and a brake cylinder 26 is worked/stopped regardless of first and second hydraulic type operating-valves 35, 43. After that, by the fifth electromagnetic change-over valve 26, the speed of a hydraulic motor l2 is controlled via the proportional pressure-reducing valve 28. As a result, the load of an operator can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for forming a barrier film on the inner surface of a plastic container where a barrier film such as a carbon film of high film quality can be formed on the inner surface of a plastic container at a high speed.
      SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a plurality of film formation chambers communicating with a rotary vacuum sealing mechanism through an exhaust pipe 11 to form a barrier film on the inner surface of a plastic container. The exhaust pipe is made of an electrically conductive material, and a honeycomb conductor 39 having gas permeability and electrical conductivity is arranged at the desired position at the inside thereof. Moreover, the film formation chamber is provided with: an external electrode having a cavity large enough to surround the container when the vessel is inserted; an electrically conductive chamber header member fixed to the end face of the external electrode on the side where the mouth part of the container is located through an insulating member and being connected with the exhaust pipe and earthed; a gas spouting member inserted into the container in the external electrode from the chamber header member side and blowing barrier film formation gas; and an electric field impartation means for imparting an electric field between the chamber header member earthed with the external electrode and the exhaust pipe.
