    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser system that easily controls a wavelength of laser light into a wavelength range where conversion can be performed by a harmonic generating element even if a temperature varies, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.
      SOLUTION: The laser system includes: a laser module 10 comprising a DFB laser 12 which oscillates the laser light 36, a heater 14 which controls the temperature of the DFB laser 12, and the harmonic generating element 20 which converts the laser light 36 into harmonic light 38 of the laser light 36; and a control section 40 which controls a driving current 26 for driving the DFB laser 12 so that the wavelength of the laser light 36 oscillated by the DFB laser 12 may be within the wavelength range where the conversion is performed by the harmonic generating element 20 when the laser module 10 is at a prescribed temperature, and also controls a heater current 28 supplied to the heater 14 so that the wavelength of the laser light 36 may be within the wavelength range where the conversion is performed by the harmonic generating element 20 when the temperature of the laser module 10 changes from the prescribed temperature.
