The MEMS control part includes an off-set driving circuit that off-sets a position in a non-resonant oscillation area in which the low speed oscillation is performed by a predetermined amount. By driving signals of the high speed driving circuit and the low speed driving circuit, the image display is performed in a predetermined display area, and by an off-set signal from the off-set driving circuit, a movement change of a position of the display area in the non-resonant oscillation area is performed.
