      SOLUTION: A conductor film 2 is provided to nearly the entire face of a glass pane 1 such as a rear window glass pane made of laminated glass, and an antenna conductor 3 comprising a conductor film or a sliver print linear pattern or the like is placed between the outer board and the intermediate film of the laminated glass at the outside of the vehicle from the conductor film 2. Then the conductor film 2 is connected to an earth 4 of a vehicle body earth such as a metal-made vehicle body via one or a plurality of earthing conductor wires 21.

      SOLUTION: A planar and rectangular antenna conductor 2 is arranged on the adhesive surface or the in-vehicle surface of a planar glass windshield 1 which is formed of laminated glass and a power feeding point 3 and a ground point 4 are arranged on the antenna conductor 2 or in the neighborhood of it. The power feeding point 3 is connected to an amplifier 8 which constitues an exciting part via a conducting wire and also the amplifier 8 is connected to communication equipment 9 consisting of a receiver or a transceiver. The ground point 4 is connected to the grounding wire of a vehicle via the conducting wire. The antenna conductor 2 is constituted of a transparent conductive film, etc., which is commonly used for or coexists with the electric heating conductive film.
