    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window glass for automobile having the infrared ray shielding performance while the infrared communication of an on-vehicle instrument built in a rearview mirror is available.SOLUTION: The window glass includes an electromagnetic wave transmission unit for allowing the electromagnetic wave to be transmitted upwardly from the position at which a rearview mirror provided at a forward and upper part in a cabin is projected on the window glass for one's own vehicle in the longitudinal direction and the horizontal direction of the automobile. The distance in the width direction of the electromagnetic wave transmission unit is larger than the width projected on the window glass for automobile in the horizontal direction respectively at 45° on both sides in the width direction with respect to the longitudinal direction of the automobile from a center part in the width direction of the rearview mirror.

When a level monitored by the tuning propriety monitor device 15 when a noise source 22 is not operated is lower than a predetermined threshold, the control unit 18 tunes the signal received by the noise cancel antenna 12 so as to remove noise from the signal synthesized by the signal synthesizer 16 in accordance with the reception result of the receiver 17.
