CONSTITUTION:Hydraulic cylinders 16, 18, 20, 22 change over shift gears in association with the change-over of a gear shift valve 24 to shift a speed change section into a predetermined stage speed condition while a hydraulic piston 37 is automatically operated by a clutch control mechanism 49 so as to engage and disengage a speed change clutch C2. Upon change-over of a speed change section on the side remote from the speed change clutch C2, a speed change section near to the speed change clutch C2 is temporarily shifted by coupling mechanisms 31, 32. Accordingly, rotational inertia of a mission constituting member located between the remote change over section and the speed change gear C2 is restrained form being transmitted to the speed change section so as to facilitate the synchronized rotations of a shaft gear and a gear to be meshed therewith. Accordingly, it is possible to smooth the change-over of shift gears.

    • PURPOSE:To make a loss time short, by disposing, in parallel, a valve which closes when a secondary pressure exceeds a set value, a valve which opens when the secondary pressure is below the set value and an orifice between a hydraulic pump and a speed shift hydraulic clutch. CONSTITUTION:A valve 18 which closes when a secondary pressure exceeds a set value P1, a valve 19 which opens when the secondary pressure is at a set value P2 higher than the above-mentioned set value P1 and an orifice 20 are connected in parallel together between a pump P and a speed shift hydraulic clutch C in a passage upstream of clutch operation control valves T1 through T4. Accordingly, the valve 18 opens when the secondary pressure is below the set value P1 to boost up the pressure up to the initial operating pressure of the hydraulic clutch C in a short time. Both valves 18, 19 close when the secondary pressure is between both set pressures P1, P2, and therefore the pressure is gradually raised by means of the orifice 20 to offer a smooth clutch operating characteristic. Further, when the secondary pressure exceeds the set value P2, the valve 19 opens to rapidly boost up the pressure up to the set pressure value of a valve 15 to give the normal clutch transmission condition.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the speed of the front wheels according to a turning angle in a tractor that proportionally increases the speed of the front wheels along with the increase of the front wheel turning angle and to reduce turning radius without making a driver feel uneasy by changing a power take-off mechanism for the front wheel drive into a non-stepping speed change. CONSTITUTION:An engine driving power synchronously drives respectively the rear wheels 5 through a gear transmission mechanism 12 and a differential mechanism 14 and the front wheels through a power take-off mechanism 15. On the other hand, the front wheels 4 are turned by a steering handle, a pulley 19 is slided on a power take-off axis 20 and is shifted along with the increase of the front wheel turning angle. Consequently, the speed of the front wheels is proportionally increased slowly along with the increase of the front wheel turning angle. As a result, the speed of the front wheels is increased according to the turning angle and the turning radius can be reduced without making a driver feel uneasy.

The position of the moving body is detected merely by installing the simple marks as auxiliary devices to be provided on the ground according to the above-mentiond method.

Also, a second transmission mechanism C is comprised of a gear 11, a fourth shaft 12 and a second worm gear 13 so that rotary power with the same velocity as that of rotation of the wheel gear 10 is transmitted thereto, rotation of the wheel gear 10 being achieved by motive power transmitted from a first worm gear 9 provided in the third shaft 8, a wheel gear 10 which engages with the worm gear 9, and the first shaft 4. In the event that acceleration is caused by external conditions, the acceleration can, thus be controlled without force.
