摘要： PURPOSE:To economize the pump driving power by generating the no-load operation state by putting a pump into the unload state and maintaining the transmission state of a hydraulic clutch by the pressure accumulating function of an accumulator, when the pressure acting onto a hydraulic clutch for power transmission exceeds a set value. CONSTITUTION:The hydraulic circuit structure of a working vehicle permits the traveling of the working vehicle by holding a hydraulic clutch 3 for power transmission in the connection state by the pressurized oil supplied from a pump 15. A pressure control mechanism 21 and a logic valve group 22 interlocked with the operation of a hydraulic valve 14 for selecting the traveling speed are installed into an oil passage 20 for the hydraulic clutch 3. When, in this case, an opening/closing valve 26 which is closed to discharge the pressurized coil supplied from the pump 15 when the pressure acting onto the hydraulic clutch 3 exceeds the upper limit in the set range and which generates the communication state between the pump 15 and the hydraulic clutch 3 when the above- described pressure lowers under the lower limit in the set range is installed. Further, an accumulator 32 is installed between the opening/closing valve 26 and the hydraulic clutch 3.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent output drop of a power steering by suppressing oil pressure charge to the speed change hydraulic system when the power steering system is actuated in the condition that pressure oil is supplied to the speed change hydraulic system. CONSTITUTION:A pump 24 is connected with No.1 oil line a for supply of oil presssure to the speed change hydraulic system and No.2 oil line b for supply of pressure oil to the PS system in such a way as parallelly No.1 flow line selector valve 31, No.2 oil path selector valve 32, check valve 33, and decompression valve 34 are connected in series in this No.1 oil line a. Downstream of the decompression valve 34 a control valve 22 is connected through a pressure adjusting valve 23. When the PS system is in service, the steering load raises the circuit pressure of No.2 oil line b, and on the basis thereof an opening/ closing valve incorporated in the pilot circuit of No.1 flow line selector valve 31 is closed, and switching of the charge condition into No.1 oil line a is hindered to prevent the PS system output from dropping.

But a diameter of a spool 19B for the bypass valve 19 is made smaller than that of a spool 20B for the low pass valve 20 so that the pilot pressure exerted on the bypass valve 19 becomes higher than that exerted on the low pass valve 20.

Another decompression valve 36 and a valve mechanism 37 for restriction of pressure oil supply are mounted on the No.2 oil line b for supply of pressure oil to the PS system, wherein the valve mechanism is shut with impression of the pilot pressure from the pilot selector valve 35.

In this way, the pressure control mechanism, in which the so-called half-clutch condition, generated when the oil hydraulic clutch is controlled to be engaged, can be maintained for a relatively long time by a gentle rise of control pressure, can relax a shock by the clutch when it is engaged.

CONSTITUTION:A transmission, providing a selector valve 17 between a pressure control mechanism 16 and a speed change oil hydraulic clutch C, switches the clutch to its engagement and disengagement conditions by said selector valve 17. While the second oil path 23, communicating with an accumulator 22, is connected in the half way of the first oil path 21 connecting the selector valve 17 with the speed change oil hydraulic clutch C. Further passage resistance of the second oil path 23 is set larger than the passage resistance of the first oil path 21. By this constitution, a time required for a speed change in a car while in running can be reduced.

In addition, NO.2 oil passage 20 which is communicated with a hydraulic brake 17 for an accelerating drive, is connected with a port 25a of an oil passage 25, and moreover pressure oil is returned to a tank T from a port 25b allowing the brake to be released.
