    • PURPOSE:To enable a rapid starting operation without need for particularly providing a clutch for the purpose by providing a clutch operating valve mechanism for operating switchover to a clutch engaging condition and a clutch disengaging condition while providing the artificially operating tool of the clutch operating valve mechanism. CONSTITUTION:By steppingly operating a pedal in the maximum step-in position, as a clutch operating valve mechanism V2 is switched over to the disengaging condition of a clutch C2, an operating oil chamber 30 is connected to a tank T releasing the pressurization of a hydraulic piston 29 by a pressure oil to disengage the clutch C2. When the clutch operating valve mechanism V2 is switched over to the engaging condition of the clutch C2, the connection between the operating oil chamber 30 and the tank T is cut off while an oil-pressure control valve mechanism V1 feeds oil into the operating oil chamber 30 in the maximum pressure controlling condition, rapidly carrying out the pressurization of the hydraulic piston 29 by a pressure oil to suddenly engage the clutch C2. That is, the rapid engaging operation of the traveling friction clutch C2 can be carried out regardless of the existence of the oil-pressure control valve mechanism V1 to enable the rapid starting operation of a machine body.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of bad connection and to make the above structure in a compact size by forming a sliding spool of a sequence valve for operating a speed change clutch separately from a piston of a hydraulic cylinder. CONSTITUTION:As hydraulic cylinders 18, 20 operate for releasing the engagement of a shift gear, transmission portions 42a, 42b, 48a, 48b are operated to the side separating from receiving portions 42c, 48c by the cylinder operation. Sequence valves 41, 47 are switches from the clutch-on position to the clutch-off position by urging force of spring S3, S4, whereby a speed change clutch is switched from connection state to disconnection state. As the hydraulic cylinders 18, 20 operate the shift gear to the engagement position, the transmission portions 42a, 42b, 48a, 48b are forced to press the receiving portions 42c, 48c by the above cylinder operation, so that the sequence valves 41, 47 are switched from the clutch-off position to the clutch-off position to switch the speed change clutch from the disconnection state to the connection state.

    • PURPOSE:To enable change of speed in sixteen steps in a compact structure by introducing the turning force into one two-step speed change portion to control speed, and further transmitting same to the other two-step speed change portion to control speed and output same in a farm tractor. CONSTITUTION:A main speed change gear 3 is constructed so that the first and second speed change portions 3a, 3b which can be respectively switched in two steps by the first and second shift gears 11, 12 are connected in series and speed change of four steps is performed by combination of the respective speed steps. The rotation output of the main speed change gear 3 is transmitted through a forward-backward switching device 4 and a speed change clutch C2 to a sub-speed change gear 5. The sub-speed change gear 5 is constructed so that the first and second sub-speed change portions 5a, 5b which can change speed respectively in two steps by the third and fourth shift gears 13, 14 are connected in series and speed change of four steps can be performed by combination of the respective speed steps. That is, as the whole, on the forward side and on the backward side, speed change of sixteen steps can be performed. Thus, the whole transmission can be made in a compact size and speed change can be smoothly performed.

    • PURPOSE:To improve operational ability for steering by driving right and left steering wheels through a respective hydraulic motor, and relatively controlling each variable throttle valve provided on a pair of right and left oil passages interlockingly with the operation of a steering handle to make a difference between the peripheral speeds of the wheels perform steering action. CONSTITUTION:Right and left running wheels 1a, 1b are provided with hydraulic motors Ma, Mb respectively, and each of the motors Ma, Mb is connected to a common hydraulic pump P1 in parallel with each other. Connecting oil passages 11a, 11b between the hydraulic pump P1 and each of the hydraulic motors Ma, Mb are provided with variable throttle valves 12a, 12b respectively. The variable throttle valves 12a, 12b are interlocked with a steering handle 3 so that the operation of the steering handle 3 may make either of the variable throttle valves 12a, 12b function toward a throttling side and the other throttle valve function toward a opening side. Namely, an operating shaft 14 is engaged with oscillating operation arms 13a, 13b of the variable throttle valves 12a, 12b, and linked with a rotary supporting shaft 17 of the steering handle 3 through a reduction transmission gear 15.
