    • PURPOSE:To improve the throughput of an information processing system having an error detecting and correcting circuit by adding an inhibiting circuit for the error detection and correction to every area of a storage device so that the error detection and correction can be inhibited in an area in which the error detection and correction are unnecessary. CONSTITUTION:A register 61 in an error detecting and correcting circuit 60 corresponds to each divided area of an area of a storage device 50, and in a register corresponding to an area for inhibiting the error detection and correction by a register contents setting instruction from a CPU 10, an H level is stored. Also, a decoder 62 inputs an address signal 70 from the CPU 10, decides to which area of the device 50 the transfer is executed, and sets a flag corresponding to the area to which the transfer is executed to an H level. Subsequently, in accordance with an L level or an H level of an output of the register 61 corresponding to the flag of an H level of the decoder 62, an error detection/correction inhibiting signal 66 becomes an L level or an H level, and data outputted from the CPU 10 is inputted to the device 50 through an error detection inhibiting circuit 30 or without passing through its circuit. In such a way, the throughput of the information processing system having the circuit 30 can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To lower noise in a blower, by enabling a spiral flow generating structure having a noise reduction effect to be incorporated in an inside and outside air change-over box having a size which is equal to or less than that of a door type change-over box having no countermeasure for decreasing noise. CONSTITUTION:An air blow section composed of a scroll 4 and a sirocco fan 3 is laid longitudinally in a vehicle having a front windshield pane 21, an instrument panel 22, a bonnet 23, and the like. A cylindrical shape inside and outside air change-over box 2 is provided on the side where the inlet port of the scroll 4 is arranged, and is formed in its cylindrical center part with an inside air suction port 2a and in the root section of the cylindrical surface with an outside air suction port 2b. Further, a spiral flow generating structure is disposed in the inside and outside air change-over box 2, slidably in the axial direction thereof, which changes over the introduction of air between the inside and the outside air when it is moved in the vertically direction. With this arrangement, it is possible to incorporated the spiral flow generating structure 1 in the inside and outside air change-over box 2 in order to practically use the same, thereby it is possible to reduce noise in the blower.

At the end of the skid rail 34, pipe 60 is stopped by stopper 37 which is attached with rubber cushion 38 and collected there as shown by 60'''' in the drawing. When a predetermined number of steel pipes 60 are collected at the position of stopper 37, cradle 45 is raised upward to receive the pipes 60.
