This video camera is provided with a lens barrel 2 which fixes the lens 1, a solid-state image pickup element 3 which becomes a heat generation body by normal operation, a neat radiation plate 4 which diffuses and radiates the neat generated by the solid-state image pickup element 3, a heat conductive plate 5 which transmits the heat obtained by the heat radiation plate 4 to the lens part, and a warming plate 6 which emits the heat conducted by the heat transmission plate 5 to the lens and its periphery to warm them. The heat radiation plate 4, the heat conductive plate 5, and the warming plate 6 are continuously formed with a metal having a high heat conductivity to efficiently conduct the heat.
