    • PURPOSE: To transmit and receive various types of data even in an environment where the radio LANs are duplicated by transmitting a specific frame among plural base stations which are connected to the same organic LAN to decide the only master base station. CONSTITUTION: When the base stations 20a to 20c are started, a specific frame including its own address is transmitted in a prescribed cycle to the wire LAN 22a and 22b respectively via a repeater 23. When a specific frame including the address information of priority higher than its own station or a frame showing the existence of an MB(master base) station is received, it is decided that another MB station exists. When the absence of another MB station is decided, the base station of its own is decided as an MB station and the frame showing the existence of an MB station is sent to the wire LAN side in a prescribed cycle. Then the different hopping start frequencies are allocated to other base stations from the MB station to make these base stations hop in synchronism with each other. As a result, the mutual interference can be avoided among the radio LANs even in an environment where these radio LANS are duplicated.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain images prevented from the deterioration of image quality in both of still and dynamic images by regenerating a highly accurate signal from a still image and suppressing the reproducing of a dynamic image. CONSTITUTION:A chrominance signal extracting circuit 6 extracts a chrominance signal (c), a high definition signal extracting circuit 7 extracts a high definition signal YH and a separator circuit 9 removes these signal components to extract a luminance signal YL. On the other hand, a motion detecting circuit 8 judges whether an image is a dynamic image or a still image, and in the case of a dynamic image, controls the output of the circuit 7. The signal (c) is demodulated to color difference signals I, Q by a demodulation circuit 10. The signal YH is demodulated to the original high frequency luminance signal by a frequency shifting circuit 11 and added to the YL component by an adder circuit 12 to demodulate the luminance signal. The circuit 6 can extract the chrominance signal component also by inter-frame operation in a still image mode or intra-field operation in a dynamic image mode.

CONSTITUTION:A luminance signal Y' is given to a low pass filter(LPF) 1 to obtain a component YL' below 1.5MHz in the signal processing to the color flat part. The component YL' and the luminance signal Y' are given to an adder 2 to obtain the relation of high frequency component of luminance signal (>=1.5MHz) YH'. Then the luminance signal low frequency component YL' of the color step part is given to a differentiating circuit 6, from which a timewise change is obtained. Then the luminance signal high frequency component YH' is given to a divider 7, and the result and the timewise change of an I' signal outputted from the differentiating device 5 are inputted to a multiplier 8. Then a deciding device 10 is used and the signal processing of the color flat part is implemented when the change dI'/dt of the low frequency component I' of the I signal is smaller and the signal processing of the color step part is implemented when the change dI'/dt of the low frequency component I' of the I signal is larger.

    • PURPOSE: To reproduce a picture without deterioration of picture quality by reproducing the picture while using different mode from a till picture and an animation picture so as to prevent a low frequency luminance signal from being reproduced as high definition information in error for the animation picture.
      CONSTITUTION: A luminance signal is fed to an HPF1, where a high frequency component is extracted and the high definition information YH converted into a low frequency signal is obtained by a frequency shift circuit 3. Further, the luminance signal and a color signal are converted into the form of an existing television signal by an encoder circuit 2 and the result is added to the high definition information YH at a multiplex circuit 5. On the other hand, a moving detection circuit 4 detects whether a picture is a still picture or an animation picture, and in case of an animation picture, a frequency shift circuit 3 is controlled so that its output is zero. Further, information representing either the still picture or the animation picture mode is inserted by the multiplex circuit 5 during the vertical blanking period and the result is transmitted.
