摘要： PURPOSE:To properly regulate the temperature and humidity of the air of a workroom as well as to clean the air according to the working requirement by dividing the workroom into plural working sections having different air cleannesses and utilizing the working sections as working or maintenance sections. CONSTITUTION:A building 1 has a region 3 where various treatment devices 2, e.g., photolithography device, heat treatment device, etc., are provided, a maintenance region 4 partitioned by a divider 7, and a working region 6 serving as a personnel's passage in combination. In each region, air cleaners 8 are each provided, by which air blown from the maintenance region 4 in an air blow-off portion 10 is cleaned by a cleaning unit 15 and blown out of a blow-off port 13. An air supply duct 18 is connected to the ceiling of the working region 6, and the air blown out of the duct 18 is blown-off toward floor through a filter 19. The floor, having a latticelike form, is connected through an exhaust duct 20 to an air conditioner 24 by which air blown in from the floor is cleaned and its temperature and humidity are also regulated.

For the regions 13 and 15, air cleaners 18a-18c are each provided and connected through ducts 22a-22c, 23 to an air conditioner 24. Also, the lower parts of the regions 13-16 are led through latticelike exhaust ports 28 and 29 to an exhaust chamber 25 under the floor, and the chamber 25 is connected through ducts 26 and 27 to the intake 24a of the air conditioner 24. In this case, the air pressure of the region 13 is regulated by fans 20a and 20b in such a way to make it more positive than those of the other regions 15 and 16.

摘要： PURPOSE:To air-condition a chamber accurately and individually in accordance with thermal loads of respective air-conditioning zones by a method wherein the chamber is divided into a plurality of air-conditioning zones correspondingly to groups while respective air-conditioning zones are provided with a temperature sensor for detecting the thermal loads of respective air-conditioning zones respectively. CONSTITUTION:The detected temperatures of temperature sensors 43, provided in respective air-conditioning zones (a, b, c) of a chamber 20 to detect the temperature of conditioning air supplied into an underfloor chamber 24, are inputted sequentially into an operator 44 for respective air outlet devices, then, comparisons with set temperatures inputted previously are operated whereby the amount of outlet air of the air outlet device 42 is determined. The results of determinations are inputted into controllers 46 for air outlet devices provided in every groups A, B, C whereby the amounts of outlet air of air outlet devices 42 of corresponding groups are controlled in a lump. According to this method, the air-conditioning zones (a, b, c) of the chamber 20 can be air-conditioned individually whereby optimum air-conditionings in accordance with the biased thermal loads can be effected and comfortability can be improved.

A footpath 25 of passengers is provided between the entrance ports 46 and the exit ports 47. The entrance port 46 and the exit port 47 are provided with gates 23 for vehicles, and openable fences for occupants are provided respectively. Thereby, mutual crossing of occupants, entering/outgoing vehicles, and the stacker cranes can be avoided, so that the danger at the time of entrance and exit can be prevented. Since the entrance port 46 is separated from the entrance passage 22 and the footpath 25 by means of gates 23 or the like, further safety is ensured.

In addition, if the pushup bolt 42 is pushed further, the lower end part of the pushup bolt 42 contacts the bearing metal 44 to push up the vibration isolating table 30 to get it apart from the top surface of a vibration absorbing unit 20. In this constitution, the vibration absorbing unit 20 can absorb vibration of low frequency numbers transmitted from a base ground 10 effectively, thereby antivibration equipment on the vibration isolating table 30 can be protected from vibration produced at the base ground 10.

Further, the interstage movement of the drum cans is performed by a interstage lifter 6. With this arrangement, it is possible to aim at enhancing the efficiency of storage and the workability.

Upon application of large displacement vibration having amplitude higher than the predetermined level due to earthquake, the resisting section 18A vibrates considerably and the vibration is transmitted through the wire 20 to the large displacement resisting member 22. The resisting section 18A is subjected to resistance when it moves upward and lowers, and such motion is repeated to damp vibration. Consequently, the damper can cope with large displacement vibration as well as environmental vibration of micron order.

CONSTITUTION:In an air cleaning device 8, an air discharged from a discharging port 16 is mixed with an air in a maintenance room 4, then flowed into an air inlet 11. An air pressure in a device arranging area 3 is made higher than that of the maintenance room 4 based on the flowing direction by a fan 14. Meantime, the air supplied through an air supply duct 18 located on a ceiling of a working area 6 is flowed through a filter 19, then blown-off toward a floor from the whole ceiling area. The floor is formed in latticed manner and communicated to a discharging duct 20, one part of the air flowed into the discharging duct 20 is flowed into a reflux duct 21 connected to the maintenance room 4, also a clean air from an air supply duct is supplied into the maintanance room 4 through an air supply branch pipe 22, thus, the cleanness of the sucked air through the inlet 11 of a cleaning unit 15 is improved, also the air temperature and humidity area adjusted.
