CONSTITUTION:An entrance/exit region is provided on the lower part of storing regions in which a plurality of pairs consisting of a rack group and a stacker crane are juxtaposed. In the entrance/exit region, each pair is provided with an entrance passage 22 and an exit passage 27 for vehicles, and the entrance port 46 and exit port 47 connected to these passages respectively. Between the entrance port 46, exit port 47, and the rack groups 10, 11, vehicles 20 are transported by elevating/lowering pallets 15, 16. A footpath 25 of passengers is provided between the entrance ports 46 and the exit ports 47. The entrance port 46 and the exit port 47 are provided with gates 23 for vehicles, and openable fences for occupants are provided respectively. Thereby, mutual crossing of occupants, entering/outgoing vehicles, and the stacker cranes can be avoided, so that the danger at the time of entrance and exit can be prevented. Since the entrance port 46 is separated from the entrance passage 22 and the footpath 25 by means of gates 23 or the like, further safety is ensured.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust vibration absorbing function easily by composing a vibration isolator in such a way that it is inserted to be engaged in a vibration isolating table to press the top of a bottom panel by threading at its lower end so as to push up the vibration isolating table from a vibration absorbing unit. CONSTITUTION:Pushup bolts 42 are threaded to be inserted into a vibration isolating table 30 at the four corners, and the lower end parts are inserted into a bottom panel 16. Bearing metals 44 each having a protrusion 44A are installed in the counter surface of the pushup bolts 42 of the bottom panel 16, so if each pushup bolt 42 is threaded, a hole 48 formed at its lower end is engaged with the protrusion 44A. In addition, if the pushup bolt 42 is pushed further, the lower end part of the pushup bolt 42 contacts the bearing metal 44 to push up the vibration isolating table 30 to get it apart from the top surface of a vibration absorbing unit 20. In this constitution, the vibration absorbing unit 20 can absorb vibration of low frequency numbers transmitted from a base ground 10 effectively, thereby antivibration equipment on the vibration isolating table 30 can be protected from vibration produced at the base ground 10.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of storage and the workability in a drum can storage relating to a nuclear power plant, by laying rails in a multiple stages so that the rails are slightly inclined in order to allow drum cans horizontally laid to revolve on the rails, and by storing the drum cans on the rails crosswise of the latter. CONSTITUTION:Drum cans 1 introduced by a truck 5 or the like, are horizontally set on a drum can introducing lifter 3. Then the lifter 3 is lowered, and then the drum cans 1 are shifted onto the lowermost guide rail 2, and therefore, the dead weight of the drum cans allows the same to roll on the rail 2 leftward until they are stopped by a movable stopper 7. Thus, the drum cans 1 are stored successively on guide rails 2 in several stages. upon delivery of the drum cans, the inclination of the guide rails 2 is changed over so as to shift the drum cans 1 onto the lifter 3 for delivering the same. Further, the interstage movement of the drum cans is performed by a interstage lifter 6. With this arrangement, it is possible to aim at enhancing the efficiency of storage and the workability.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the air-conditioning device at low cost of installation and maintenance by a method wherein a partitioned working space is utilized as a working room or a maintenance room and the like, then an air cleaning, a temperature and humidity adjusting in those rooms are performed adequately according to a working purpose. CONSTITUTION:In an air cleaning device 8, an air discharged from a discharging port 16 is mixed with an air in a maintenance room 4, then flowed into an air inlet 11. An air pressure in a device arranging area 3 is made higher than that of the maintenance room 4 based on the flowing direction by a fan 14. Meantime, the air supplied through an air supply duct 18 located on a ceiling of a working area 6 is flowed through a filter 19, then blown-off toward a floor from the whole ceiling area. The floor is formed in latticed manner and communicated to a discharging duct 20, one part of the air flowed into the discharging duct 20 is flowed into a reflux duct 21 connected to the maintenance room 4, also a clean air from an air supply duct is supplied into the maintanance room 4 through an air supply branch pipe 22, thus, the cleanness of the sucked air through the inlet 11 of a cleaning unit 15 is improved, also the air temperature and humidity area adjusted.
