摘要： PURPOSE:To enable miniturizing dcuts which connect an air conditioner and each room and reduce occupied space by re-circulating exhaust air which is purified again for specified zones in addition to re-circulation of air-conditioned air from an air conditioner. CONSTITUTION:A part of air-conditioned air is blown off from blow-off holes 21a, 21b into equipment arranged zones 13 in a room and flows into exhaust holes 32 or exhaust holes 28 in an operation zone 15. Of this air, the air flowing through the exhaust holes 32 flows into maintenance zones 16 and most part of the air flows into an air mix adjusting device 34 where the air is mixed with air-conditioned air at specified ratio through ducts 33 and then is blown off again into the equipment arranged zones 13 in the room through fans 20a, 20b and filters 19a, 19b from blow-off holes 21a, 21b. As mentioned above, for the equipment arranged zones 13, exhaust air which is purified again by air purifiers 18a, 18b is circulated and therefore, purification is promoted by re-purification and highly purified air is let flow.

摘要： PURPOSE:To contrive to save the cost of installation and maintenance by a method wherein a partitioned working space is utilized as a working room or a maintenance room, and an air cleaning, a temperature and a humidity adjusting in each working space are performed adequately according to a working purpose. CONSTITUTION:A building 1 is provided with a device arranging area 3 where devices such as a heat treatment device and the like are arranged, a maintenance area 4 where the maintenance for each treatment device 2 is performed, and a working area 6. Each maintenance area 4 is divided into a device arranging area 3 and a working area 6 by a partition body 7, an air cleaning device 8 is arranged in each device arranging area 3. An air cleaning unit 15 is arranged at an air blowing-off unit 10 located at the upper side of the treatment device 2, the air cleaning unit 15 sucks an air through an air inlet 11, the sucked air is cleaned by a filter 12 and blown-off through a blowing-off port 13 by a fan 14. In an air cleaning device 8, the air from a discharging port 6 is mixed with the air in the maintenance room 4, then flowed into the air inlet 11, while an air pressure in the device arranging area 3 is kept higher than that of the maintenance room 4 based on the air flowing direction by a fan 14.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the air-conditioning device at low cost of installation and maintenance by a method wherein a partitioned working space is utilized as a working room or a maintenance room and the like, then an air cleaning, a temperature and humidity adjusting in those rooms are performed adequately according to a working purpose. CONSTITUTION:In an air cleaning device 8, an air discharged from a discharging port 16 is mixed with an air in a maintenance room 4, then flowed into an air inlet 11. An air pressure in a device arranging area 3 is made higher than that of the maintenance room 4 based on the flowing direction by a fan 14. Meantime, the air supplied through an air supply duct 18 located on a ceiling of a working area 6 is flowed through a filter 19, then blown-off toward a floor from the whole ceiling area. The floor is formed in latticed manner and communicated to a discharging duct 20, one part of the air flowed into the discharging duct 20 is flowed into a reflux duct 21 connected to the maintenance room 4, also a clean air from an air supply duct is supplied into the maintanance room 4 through an air supply branch pipe 22, thus, the cleanness of the sucked air through the inlet 11 of a cleaning unit 15 is improved, also the air temperature and humidity area adjusted.

Because of air flow above mentioned, by increasing pressure force of fans 20a, 20b at air purifiers 18a, 18b for equipment arranged zones 13 or throttling flow rate at exhaust holes 32, air in the equipment arranged zones 13 may flow into the operation zone 15 or maintenance zones 16 under the differential pressure, however, air in the operation zone does not flow into the equipment arranged zones 13.
