    • PURPOSE:To make changing of working clothes unnecessary in case of movement between clean rooms of respective floors and reduce the space of clean rooms by a constitution wherein stairs, connecting respective clean rooms of a plurality of floors, are made by the structure of air shower. CONSTITUTION:Clean air flows through respective supplying paths 19 by connecting them to a clean air unit 23 provided at the upper part of a building 2 and is blown off downward from air nozzles 22 to flow it through the staires, thereafter, is sucked into return paths 18 to flow it through a return collective path 21. According to this constitution, the space of the stairs 4 is constituted so as to be the air shower as a whole. In case workers move between individual clean rooms of respective floors, they can move through the stairs 4 under wearing dust-proofing clothes without changing their clothes and working efficiency may be improved. Further, it is not necessary to provide air showers individually in the individual clean rooms 3 of respective floors, therefore, it may become favorable with regard to space.

    • PURPOSE:To be able to eliminate temp. imbalance even if local temp. imbalance due to the installation location of equipment etc. takes place ion one space by installing main air supply ducts under the floor of a room and guiding air upward from the floor or the room. CONSTITUTION:There is a room for which air conditioning is carried out on a floor plate 1. Under the plate 1 a ceiling plate 8 of a secondary room located directly under the room is installed with a specified space and a plurality of main air supply ducts 5 are installed in the space 10 between the plate 8 and the plate 1. This ducts 5 are connected with an air conditioner from which temp. controlled air is introduced with pressure into the ducts. Connecting pipes 62 and outlet holes 11 which are connected with the bottom of the ducts 5 and used for supplying air into the secondary room from the plate 8 of the secondary room and a part of air in the ducts 5 is supplied to the secondary room from the holes 11. A plurality of branched ducts 4 are connected with the upper surfaces of the ducts 5 and the plate 1 has grooves 2 elongated lengthwise and crosswise and in this grooves 2 opening holes 3 of which number corresponds to the number of the ducts 4 are bored.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive to save the cost of installation and maintenance by a method wherein a partitioned working space is utilized as a working room or a maintenance room, and an air cleaning, a temperature and a humidity adjusting in each working space are performed adequately according to a working purpose. CONSTITUTION:A building 1 is provided with a device arranging area 3 where devices such as a heat treatment device and the like are arranged, a maintenance area 4 where the maintenance for each treatment device 2 is performed, and a working area 6. Each maintenance area 4 is divided into a device arranging area 3 and a working area 6 by a partition body 7, an air cleaning device 8 is arranged in each device arranging area 3. An air cleaning unit 15 is arranged at an air blowing-off unit 10 located at the upper side of the treatment device 2, the air cleaning unit 15 sucks an air through an air inlet 11, the sucked air is cleaned by a filter 12 and blown-off through a blowing-off port 13 by a fan 14. In an air cleaning device 8, the air from a discharging port 6 is mixed with the air in the maintenance room 4, then flowed into the air inlet 11, while an air pressure in the device arranging area 3 is kept higher than that of the maintenance room 4 based on the air flowing direction by a fan 14.
