SOLUTION: A control means is provided with a leak diagnosis control part operating a leak diagnosis device, a fueling determination part determining fueling to a fuel tank by a fuel level detection means, a purge quantity accumulation part accumulating purge quantity during operation of the internal combustion engine, and a leak diagnosis stop part stopping leak diagnosis until purge quantity accumulated by the purge quantity accumulating part during operation of the internal combustion engine after the fueling determination exceeds a established value when the fueling determination part determines fueling is performed.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vapor collected in a canister from being diffused into atmospheric air via atmospheric air port.
      SOLUTION: An evaporating fuel collecting device is provided with a canister 21 having adsorption material 22 collecting evaporating fuel (vapor) generated in a fuel tank 5 built therein, a lead in port 23, a purge port 24 and an atmospheric port 25 provided in the canister 21. The lead in port 23 is used for leading vapor generated in the fuel tank 5 into the canister 21. The purge port 4 is used for purging vapor collected in the canister 21. The atmospheric port 25 is used for leading atmospheric air into the canister 21. The canister 21 is provided with a photocatalyst device 32 which consists of a photocatalyst corresponding to the atmospheric port 25 and oxidizing and decomposing vapor with receiving radiation of light and an ultraviolet ray LED radiating light to the photocatalyst.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce an oil supply and an oil consumption as well as to prevent white smoke from occurring, by forming a suction passage in and around a combustion chamber into a spiral form, while installing an oil receiving recessed part in a lower part of the downstream end side, and interconnecting this recessed part to the suction passage at the upstream side of a crankcase through an interconnecting passage. CONSTITUTION:A pressurized air-fuel mixture inside a chamber 18 is fed to the inside of a combustion chamber 19 through a spiral suction passage 2a. At this time, the air-fuel mixture forms a spiral by a helical plate 20 and a spiral vortex is produced there. And, with centrifugal separating action following this vortex, lubricating oil in the mixture is separated and collected in an oil receiving recessed part 21. Then, the lubricating oil is fed to the inside of a suction pipe 14 at the upstream side of a crankcase 5 through an interconnecting passage 22, and again mixed in the mixture. At this juncture, when a lubricating oil quantity in the recessed part 21 is little due to a float check ball 23, this interconnecting passage is closed. Therefore, an oil supply and an oil consumption are reducible, while such an air-fuel mixture as being high in lubricating oil content is by no means entered into the combustion chamber 19 so that white smoke is prevented from occurring.
