    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermovalve easily and reliably executing filling of a fluid to a circuit through which the fluid such as an oil flows under high temperature without performing unnecessary work.SOLUTION: The thermovalve includes a valve housing 21, and a center guide shaft 27 moving between a valve movement limiting position GP1 restricting a valve member 31 at a position BP2 opening a specific port 22b and a valve movement allowing position GP2 allowing the displacement of the valve member 31. Between the center guide shaft 27 and the valve housing 21, a bimetal ring 51 deforming in accordance with a temperature is arranged. This ring 51 restricts the center guide shaft 27 at the valve movement limiting position GP1 in an initial stage until the oil temperature in the valve housing 21 first reaches within a high temperature range, and releases the restriction when the oil temperature reaches within the high temperature range.

      SOLUTION: The display device for the vehicle provided on the vehicle mounted with the engine 1 and the transmission 40 is constituted as follows: The present rotation speed NE1 of the engine is displayed by a pointer 51 of a tachometer 50, i.e., a display part of the present rotation speed of the engine. The rotation speed NE2 of the engine after shifting of the transmission 40 calculated based on the present rotation speed NE1 of the engine, is displayed by a display part 53 of the tachometer 50, i.e., the display part of the rotation speed of the engine after shifting.
