摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a compressor which is prevented from deficiency in its cooling capacity in the low number of revolutions region of an engine, in a compressor which is belt-driven by means of an engine for running a vehicle serving as a power supply. CONSTITUTION:Intermediate pulleys 7 and 8, an electromagnetic clutch 11, and a drive switching control device 19 are disposed in the drive system of a compressor 12 belt-driven with the aid of an engine 1. Through operation of an electromagnetic clutch 11 operated according to the number of revolutions of an engine, a method for driving a compressor is such that switching to either a method wherein a compressor 12 is driven directly by means of the engine 1 or a method wherein it is boost-driven through the intermediate pulleys 7 and 8 is practicable. This method prevents any deficiency in cooling capacity in the low number of revolutions of region of an engine, and produces an effect to suppress the increase of the size of the compressor.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a water leak from an alignment face in a gasket having a crossing part and mounted to the alignment face of a flange, by forming the gasket in a different shape and dimension for sections in a T-shaped crossing part of the gasket and in a gasket groove. CONSTITUTION:In a gasket mounted to mated flanges of casings, upper and lower covers and the like in reversible pump-turbines, a gasket groove 10 at one side of the groove crossing in a mated flange face of parts contacted to a water flow line is formed in a deep V-shape and a gasket groove 12 at the other side in a shallow U-shape. While the gasket groove 12 is constructed such that it is smoothly combined at a portion 13 to become a V-shaped groove with the separation from a crossing part. Then equipped gaskets 6, 7, 14, 15 are changed correspondingly to sectional areas of the gasket grooves 10-13. While the gasket groove 12 is formed shallower than the gasket groove 10 to H>h decreasing deformation of the gasket in a crossing part 9.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress the relative movement between a coupling pin and a link and prevent a guide vane from being broken when it bites an extraneous substance and is hindered from revolving, by providing a brake comprising a spring and coupling pin seats on the top and bottom of the link. CONSTITUTION:Recesses 36, each of which has two slopes 33 per groove, are provided on the top of a link 3, which faces a seat 5. The seat 5 is provided with slopes 51 at a prescribed clearance delta1 to the slopes 33. When a guide vane bites an extraneous substance and is hindered from revolving and a weak 1 is broken and relative movement takes place between the link 3 and a coupling pin 2, the slopes of the link and the seat come into contact with each other and the link 3 and the coupling pin 2 move in parallel with each other along the slopes and the seat 5 loosely fitted on the coupling pin 2 is pushed up by another clearance delta2. As a result, the seats 5, 6 are thrusted on the link 3 by a spring 4 and the coupling pin does not drastically collide against a groove wall 34 or 35 of the link 3. An adjacent guide vane is thus prevented from being broken.

The runner 1 and tool 12 are rotated through the wire 23 by turning of winch 21, thus required machining is carried out.

CONSTITUTION:A guide ring 7 driven by a servomotor and a guide vane lever 9 driving the shaft 8 of the guide vane are rotatively connected by an eccentric pin 10. While the guide vane lever length is being varied by the eccentricity of this eccentric pin 10, the drive torque of the servomotor is transmitted to the shaft 8. Thus, the guide vane can be operated through the same torque transmission characteristics as the conventional joint pin lever mechanism.
