摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce a stress applied to a lead wire and obtain a rotor resistant to high speed and high vibration, by contriving the lead wire of a field coil not to be bonded to a concave opening section between click-formed magnetic poles. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin is wound up with a field coil 4, and a projection 7 set on the bobbin is wound up with the end of the coil, and the coil is connected to a slip ring with a lead wire 5 through the 'U' groove 11 of the projection 7. The 'U' groove 11 is positioned at the center of a concave opening section 8. By this organization, the lead wire 5 can pass the roughly central section of the concave opening section 8, and a sufficient distance from the both sides of the concave opening section 8 can be kept, and the lead wire can be prevented from being stuck due to varnish.

CONSTITUTION:A hole is formed at an end frame 1, and a socket 2 is projected outside of the frame 1 through the hole. A guard wall 7 which extends perpendicularly to the frame 1 is fored at the frame 1 near the hole. The wall 7 is to protect the socket 2, and when the heights from the outer surfaces of the wall 7, the socket 2 and the frame 1 of an output terminal 3 are respectively represented by H1, H2, H3, the relationships of H1>H2, H3>H2 are set. Thus, it can prevent the socket from colliding with an exterior article.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the control of a magnetic field, and to enable miniaturization by making currents flow through the coil of an electromagnetic at a specified voltage or higher and separating a permanent magnet rotor from a stator core against a spring. CONSTITUTION:A pulley 2 is driven with a belt and a shaft 3 is rotated in a main generator 1. The shaft 3 is elongated long from a bracket 4. A spline 7 is machined to the shaft 3, a permanent-magnet rotor 8 is installed, and a rotor shifter 9 is set up to a bracket 6 at the front end of the rotor 8. A stator core 10 is installed to a bracket 5, and a stator coil 11 is wound. The permanent-magnet rotor 8 is position at a normal position by a stopper 13 mounted to the shaft 3 in a return spring 12. When coil currents are made to flow through the coil 15 of an electromagnet core 14, the permanent-magnet rotor 8 is brought near to the right side against the return spring 12. Accordingly, terminal voltage reaches a limit voltage or less.

By the pressing work, the section 3 is flattened and at the same time, the respective laminates are horizontally expanded, and a semiclosed slot is completed. As a result, the armature of a rotary electric machine for enabling the space factor of the winding to be enhanced without magnetic saturation can be obtained.
