摘要： A light emitting substrate includes a light emitting layer (6) which emits light in response to the bombardment of electrons. A novel rib structure including a pattern of wall-like ribs and sheet-like ribs prevents the collapse of ribs in a finely-pitched pixel layout of the light emitting substrate. A light shielding layer (2) is formed on a substrate (1), and wall ribs are formed on the light shielding layer. Then, a positive photo paste is spread thereon and exposed to light and then developed, so that sheet ribs having side surfaces tilting toward openings of the light shielding layer are formed.

摘要： A device is provided for recording and/or reproducing information.
