摘要： The invention relates to a seat fitting for a motor vehicle seat, with a fitting lower part (5) which is connectable to a seat lower part, a fitting upper part (2) which is connectable to a seat back, an eccentric epicyclic gearing (6) which connects the fitting upper part and fitting lower part in an articulated manner and is intended for adjusting the inclination of the fitting upper part in relation to the fitting lower part, and an actuating means for coupling the seat fitting to a seat longitudinal guide, wherein the fitting upper part has a pivoting body (4) which is connectable in a fixed position to the seat back, is connected unlockably to a basic body of the fitting upper part and, in the unlocking position, is able to be brought in relation to the fitting lower part into a forwardly folded position, in which a first stop surface (7, 8) on one of either the pivoting body or fitting lower part bears against a stop element (7, 8) on the other of the pivoting body or fitting lower part. In order to improve a seat fitting of the type mentioned at the beginning, provision is made for the actuating means to be formed by an unlocking lever (9) which is adjustable on the fitting lower part between a rest position and an actuating position and which is intended at one end for the arrangement of a coupling element and at the other end has a first stop body (12) which is in engagement in the region about the forwardly folded position of the pivoting body with a second stop body (13) on the pivoting body, wherein the first stop body or the second stop body is formed by a second stop surface which is designed in such a manner that, in the forwardly folded position, the pivoting body substantially completely shifts the unlocking lever into the unlocking position irrespective of the inclination to which the fitting upper part is set.

The invention relates to a fitting (1) for an adjustment device, in particular inclination adjustment of a motor vehicle seat, with a fitting upper part (2) having a first internal toothing (4), a fitting lower part (3) which is adjustable relative to the fitting upper part about a fitting axis and has a second internal toothing (5) arranged coaxially with respect to the first internal toothing, at least two, preferably, three, rotatably arranged planet gears (7) which are in engagement with the first and second internal toothings, and a drive shaft (6) which is in operative connection with the at least two planet gears by means of a pinion (23). In order to provide a fitting of the type mentioned at the beginning, in which noise loads and buckling effects are avoided even after a relatively long period of operation, a spring element (11) prestressing the planet gears (7) in the direction of the axis of rotation onto the fitting lower part (3) or fitting upper part (2) is provided.

The tapering region (46) tapers, as seen looking at a profile view, from an upper point B to a lower point A. The catch pins (34) have a pin axis (40). The tapering region (46) is delimited by a line (60) which connects the points A and B and which does not have a rectilinear progression.
