摘要： In a hybrid vehicle including an engine and an electric motor (e.g. a motor generator) capable of outputting power for travel, a power transmission system permitting power transmission to driving wheels along with manual selection of gear steps, and a gear shift indicator prompting a driver to change the gear steps, if the engine is operational in the manual shifting mode, in which gear steps are shifted manually, the gear shift indicator prompts the driver two change to the gear step that allows for the engine to be shut down and, when the current gear step coincides with the gear step that allows for the engine to be shut down, the engine is shut down and a transition to EV travel is effected. Such control makes it possible to minimize travel with an operational engine in the manual shifting mode and allows for an improvement in fuel economy to be achieved.

摘要： A manual transmission of the present apparatus has an EV travel gear position (the 1-st gear) for EV travel performed through use of only drive torque of a motor connected to the output shaft of the transmission, and EG travel gear positions (the 2-nd gear to the 5-th gear) for traveling through use of drive torque of an engine transmitted via a clutch. In the case where the EV travel gear position (the "1-st gear") is selected, after a clutch pedal is depressed in a state in which the vehicle is stopped, and an accelerator pedal is not operated, "creep vehicle speed control" utilizing MG torque is executed. The "creep vehicle speed control" enables a driver to adjust a very small vehicle speed by adjusting the clutch return stroke without operating the accelerator pedal. Thus, it becomes possible to provide a power transmission control apparatus for an HV-MT vehicle which allows EV travel, and can realize travel at very slow speed, similar to so-called creeping.

In the hybrid vehicle (1A), a transmission (10) changing the gear stages in response to an operation to a shift lever (13) is provided in a power transmission path between an internal combustion engine (2) and drive wheels (5), and an MG (3) is provided so as to drive the drive wheels (5). The hybrid vehicle (1A) is allowed to travel in an EV traveling mode where the internal combustion engine (2) is stopped and the drive wheels (5) are driven by the MG (3), and an engine traveling mode where the drive wheels (5) are driven by the internal combustion engine (2). The control apparatus switches a traveling mode to the EV traveling mode, in a case that the control apparatus determines that an accelerator opening degree is less than a determination opening degree when the vehicle (1A) is in the engine traveling mode. The control apparatus restricts a switching to the EV traveling mode in a period from a start of a shift operation until a switching restriction time elapses after the gear shifting is completed, in a case that the shift operation of the transmission (10) is performed when the traveling mode is the engine traveling mode.
