The coupling portions 12, 13 are positioned by the positioning means. By fixing the auxiliary cover 23 to the coupling area, the coupling portions 12, 13 can be coupled to coupled portions 20, 21 of the operating levers 9, 11 which are stationary at a predetermined position.
