    • A vehicle front body structure includes a low-rigidity plate member (15) disposed between a high-rigidity plate member (14) and the front end of a right or left side frame (13). The low-rigidity plate member includes a transverse wall (42) connected to the high-rigidity plate member (14) and extending in a width direction of the vehicle body, and a longitudinal wall (44) extending from the transverse wall (42) in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body toward the front end of the right or left side frame in such a manner as to form a bent portion (43) between the transverse wall and the longitudinal wall. When the high-rigidity plate member is subjected to a collision load, the low-rigidity plate member is deformable to start distorting at the bent portion to thereby absorb the collision load.
