      SOLUTION: The method from manufacturing the silica particulate dispersion liquid comprises forming a suspension containing a silica agglomerated material of ≥1 μm in average secondary particle size by a method of heating an aqueous active silicic acid solution, adding the aqueous active silicic acid solution by small amount each to the suspension in the presence of an alkali to allow the silica agglomerated material to grow, and adjusting the ratio of the agglomerated material so as to attain 50 to 90mass% of the silica over the entire part, then separating the silica agglomerated material from the suspension and subjecting the silica agglomerated material to wet dispersion.
