    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator of adhesive which enhances the efficiency of production of electronic circuit substrate in the various aspects without making the applicator large-sized.
      SOLUTION: The applicator of adhesive is provided with tables 3, 4 which are located in the middle of conveyance path 2 and receive conveyed application objects 1, application heads 7, 8 which are arranged according to the tables 3, 4 and can apply the adhesive to a required position of the application objects 1 on the tables 3, 4 and positioning means 5, 6 which relatively move the tables 3, 4 and the application heads 7, 8 while at least accompanying the movement of the application heads 7, 8 and arrange the application heads 7, 8 so as to face each other on the required positions of the application objects 1 on the tables 3, 4 and its vicinity. Further, the applicator of adhesive is provided with a trial application auxiliary tool 41 which are used for trial application by the application heads 7, 8 while successively paying-out a roller tape 42 on the prescribed neighboring positions of the upstream side and downstream side in the conveyance direction of head positioning means 9, 10 and the tables 3, 4 and a supporting mechanism for moving the trial application auxiliary tool 41 to a stand-by position of the lower side, a use position of the same height and a tape replacement position of the upper side with respect to the application object conveyance level LV of the conveyance path 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize continuous coating over a long time by calculating the total coating quantity in applying an adhesive using a plurality of nozzles of the same kind and dividing this total coating quantity so that the coating quantity per one nozzle of the same kind becomes equal and changing over the nozzles of the same kind to successively perform coating. SOLUTION: One-point coating nozzles 1, 2 and a two-point nozzle 5 are mounted on a head part 11 and, when a substrate 17 is coated with the adhesive from the one-point coating nozzles 1, 2 on the basis of the position data of a production program, the production program is constituted of adhesive data 3(3a-3), 4(4a-4h). After the total coating quantity by the one-point coating nozzles 1, 2 is calculated in operation, the one-point coating nozzle 1 is selected and coating operation is performed in the order of adhesive data 3a, 3b, 3c.... Next, the one-point coating nozzle 1 is changed over to the one-point coating nozzle 2 during the coating based on adhesive data 4a, 4b and, in the same way, coating is performed in the order of adhesive data 4b, 4c.... Thereafter, the coating operation of the two-point coating nozzle 5 is performed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make both of an adhesive in applied state and a substrate mark of a circuit substrate recognizable by setting the lighting conditions of a luminaire to enable optimum recognition corresponding to the objects to be recognized at the time when the adhesive with which the substrate mark is applied to the circuit substrate. SOLUTION: A luminaire 20 comprises a plurality of white LEDs 23 arranged radially, LEDs 22 in the outer circumferential part and LEDs 21 in the inner circumferential part are made independent, the LED lighting manner at the time of recognizing the substrate mark and the LED lighting manner at the time of recognizing the adhesive are separated from each other by two switches, which are lighting condition-setting means, from which the LED lighting manner for the LEDs 23 is differently set, so that three lighting manners are made available for lighting the outer circumferential part 22 and the inner circumferential part 21, only the outer circumferential part 22, and only the inner circumferential part 21. In such a way, during the recognition operation by a controller, whether the recognition operation is for recognizing the substrate mark or for recognizing the adhesive at the time of waste application can be judged by a controller.
