    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a researcher side who requests a research task to easily and properly retrieve a trust destination without sparing any huge time or labor, and to enable a trustee side to effectively demonstrate own technology level, and to provide equipment and devices whose conditions are always maintained in the optimal status in order to smoothly and quickly perform a trusted task. SOLUTION: This consignment/trust system is configured by connecting the respective computers of a plurality of research facility groups and a first group where trust facilities are connected through a local network to each other and the respective computers of a maintenance company 4, consignment/trust management company 3 which performs collaboration, a talent sending company 5, a sample pickup/delivery company, a reagent manufacturing/selling company and an equipment manufacturing/selling company to a wide range network. The trust facilities connected to the local area network and the consignment/trust management company are respectively provided with a network monitoring unit. Thus, the equipment which has been purchased with university budgets or national budgets can be validly used, or a trusted task can be performed in a university or a research institute by utilizing talents. Also, a research institution which is common to all the fields of study such as an advanced technology research center or a central laboratory can be utilized as the window.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformant for measuring dioxins, capable of rapidly measuring large amounts of specimens which are required to be treated for surveying environmental pollution and capable of evaluating biological effects without causing inconvenience, to provide a method for detecting the dioxins by using the transformant, to provide a method for quantitatively analyzing the dioxins, and to provide a method for screening the dioxins. SOLUTION: This transformant for measuring the dioxins constantly produces or induces an AhR and an Arnt, and produces a reporter protein through combination with a transcription control region of a complex containing the dioxins, the AhR, and the Arnt. The dioxins are detected by using the transformant. The dioxins are measured by GC-MS after the reporter protein is measured. Concentrations of the dioxins are measured based on an expression level of the reporter protein. Biological action levels of the dioxins are evaluated and screened by using the method for detecting the dioxins or the method for quantitatively analyzing the dioxins. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
