The operation amount of the inside handle 82 is regulated so that the mechanical release of locking at full closed positions of a slide door 100 by a manual locking release mechanism can be inhibited. Therefore, it is possible to simply constitute a vehicle door opening/closing device. Also, when the regulation block 50 is at the regulating position, a child protect switch 64 is set to an on state so that the electric release of locking at full closed positions of the slide door 100 by a release actuator 17 can be also inhibited.
