    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft construction method and a shaft economically constructible neither occupying a ground part all the time nor affecting environment around.
      SOLUTION: A plurality of steel pipes 17 are jacked toward the ground from start ports provided at segments 23 of a tunnel 3, and a pipe roof 25 is formed in cylindrical shape. Freezing work 29 is then performed to cut off water in spaces of the pipe roof 25, and an excavated sediment throw-in hole 31 is formed in the ground 1 inside the pipe roof 25. While recovering the excavated sediment in the tunnel 3 through the excavated sediment throw-in hole 31, the inside of the pipe roof 25 is excavated, and a cut-off iron plate 33 or the like is installed along the inner periphery of the pipe roof 25. Further, the segments 23 of the tunnel 3 located inside the pipe roof 25 are removed leaving a segment main girder 39, and secondary lining 37 is installed inside the cut-off iron plate 33 to complete the shaft 41.

SOLUTION: The laying construction method of the permeable pipe has the first process, in which a steel pipe in fixed length and the permeable pipe internally inserted into the steel pipe are connected successively by a pipe jacking machine and buried from a starting shaft to an arrival shaft, the second process, in which opening sections at the front ends of the steel pipe and the permeable pipe reaching the arrival shaft are cut off, and the third process, in which water is cut off between a pit wall and the steel pipe, between the steel pipe and the permeable pipe and in the permeable pipe on the starting shaft side and the steel pipe is pulled out and removed to the starting shaft side or the arrival shaft side. The laying construction method of the permeable pipe has a cylindrical body fixed at the end section of the permeable pipe, an outside cutoff means being installed onto the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical body and cutting off a section between the steel pipe and the cylindrical body and an inside cutoff means being freely mounted and demounted to and from the inside of the cylindrical body and cutting off the inside of the cylindrical body.

The structure 6 and a separation/joining area 35, which can be separated from the structure 6 into the structure 8 or which can be joined to the structure 6 from the structure 8, are provided in the tunnel 1.
