    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permeable-pipe laying construction method and a cutoff device used for the construction method, by which cutoff into a permeable pipe can be conducted surely during the execution of works and sure permeable performance can be obtained after the execution of works. SOLUTION: The laying construction method of the permeable pipe has the first process, in which a steel pipe in fixed length and the permeable pipe internally inserted into the steel pipe are connected successively by a pipe jacking machine and buried from a starting shaft to an arrival shaft, the second process, in which opening sections at the front ends of the steel pipe and the permeable pipe reaching the arrival shaft are cut off, and the third process, in which water is cut off between a pit wall and the steel pipe, between the steel pipe and the permeable pipe and in the permeable pipe on the starting shaft side and the steel pipe is pulled out and removed to the starting shaft side or the arrival shaft side. The laying construction method of the permeable pipe has a cylindrical body fixed at the end section of the permeable pipe, an outside cutoff means being installed onto the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical body and cutting off a section between the steel pipe and the cylindrical body and an inside cutoff means being freely mounted and demounted to and from the inside of the cylindrical body and cutting off the inside of the cylindrical body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe jacking device which can minimize the number of hydraulic pipes which are exposed to the outside of the machine. SOLUTION: A cylinder tube 5a of a jacking cylinder 5 is pivotally attached on a reaction force receiver 4 laid in the rear end part of a frame, and a pair of upper and lower planer first thrust transmission members 8a, 8b are pivotally attached on the free end of a piston rod 5b of the jacking cylinder 5. Further, a second trust transmission member 13 having such a configuration as to be engaged with and disengaged from the first trust transmission members and the abut against the rear surface of a press plate is provided. Further, hydraulic pipes for actuating the jacking cylinder 5 are accommodated in the space defined between the cylinder tube 5a and the first thrust transmission members 8a, 8b. With this arrangement, the cylinders tube 5a becomes unmovable, and accordingly, a substantial part of the hydraulic pipes for actuating the jacking cylinder 5 may be composed of nonflexible metal tubes, thereby it is possible to prevent the hydraulic pieces from being damaged or to prevent dangerousness.
